Hillary’s Indispensable Girl Friday

The Wall Street Journal is reporting:

“Federal agents are preparing to scour roughly 650,000 emails contained on the laptop of former Rep. Anthony Weiner to see how many relate to a prior probe of Hillary Clinton’s email use, as metadata on the device suggests there may be thousands sent to or from the private server that the Democratic nominee used while she was secretary of state, according to people familiar with the matter.”

So, another day of media hysterics, so let’s see, on the political front, Trump is wallowing in the news of Comey reopening the Hillary email investigation and the Clinton camp is waging all-out scorched earth against James Comey.

Reports are there are 650,000 thousand emails on the Weiner/Abedin family laptop… let’s hope Huma used anti-microbial wipes when handling that laptop.  Huma’s emails are reported to be many thousands (some reports are saying tens of thousands).

One wonders if she had the crème de la crème of  Clinton email server stash saved on her laptop?   Or were these just innocent emails she sent to her yahoo account to print out (that’s what she told the FBI).  Is she the diligent, little Hillary helper she is portrayed to be?

This is a long post, sorry about that.  I believe that whatever his NY FBI field office briefed Comey on was of a magnitude so serious that he felt he had no other option than to send that letter and back his agents, to allow them to continue their investigation.

In July – a few top secret SAP classified emails, Comey waved that aside. The Clinton Foundation corruption – no interest in investigating that, the obstruction of justice with over 30,000 subpoenaed emails destroyed – no biggie.  “What’s a little perjury among friends” was Comey’s attitude. So what would be serious enough to get him to act. As I wrote yesterday, I suspect, this might be about espionage (no proof – just my suspicion).

Reading these FBI Notes, then looking at the news reports, the media is fixated on the “classified email” angle and clearing or nailing Hillary (depending on partisan political leanings), but all along I’ve been more concerned that there’s a national security angle that no one has been discussing. The media talked about hacking a lot, but here are my concerns.

First, Huma Abedin should never have been cleared to have high level security clearance, with her and her families KNOWN ties to the Muslim Brotherhood and radical Islamists. So, she told the FBI she was given her top secret clearance in 2009, but did she ever undergo a formal security background check or did Hillary have that requirement waived? The Clintons did that in the 90s and had national security people fuming.  The State Dept worked out the security clearances for Hillary’s lawyers AFTER they were already in possession of them and sorting them last year.  The State Dept sent a safe to Kendall’s office…  The Clintons IT guys, Cooper and Pagliano, and also the Platte River Network, all had access to the Clinton server and NONE of them had security clearances.  And let’s clarify something here – Bill Clinton’s foundation emails were also on that server too.  These people are national security nightmares. Huma told the FBI she had no recollection of ever being read into SAPs (Special Access Programs) programs, but she had that clearance???

The FBI Notes have Bill Clinton’s guy, Cooper, telling the FBI that Huma controlled the operations of the SCIF in the Clintons home. The only person, other than the Clintons who had an email account on the Clinton home-brew server was Huma Abedin.  (FBI Notes: page 4).

Abedin told the FBI she sent emails to her yahoo email account (FBI Notes, page 86), because she couldn’t print them from her clinton email on her home printer.

Now we have all these emails and the FBI in NY has been sorting them based on metadata. I am completely computer-challenged, but I think of metadata as like sorting mail and looking at the who the sender and recipient are on the envelope (plus there’s a lot of IP info too – sort of like the routing code stuff, I think).  Metadata can be a treasure trove of information – the who is emailing to and from, if any of these recipients are foreign or intel peeps or known agents, even the, “if a schedule of exchanges emerges” can lead to drawing some conclusions or at least raising alarm bells.  You don’t have to ever read the contents and determine some major red flags just with metadata.

Huma, being the only non-Clinton to have an email on their home-brew server, – gave a road into everything on that server, without it ever having to be hacked by a hostile foreign intelligence entity.

That she has thousands upon thousands of emails on her personal laptop, after claiming she turned everything over to the FBI shows she outright lied. She also said she didn’t know about the server until it broke in the news last year.  Cooper told the FBI that Huma put him in touch with Pagliano and recommended Pagliano, as the person to set up the new server in 2009. She was involved in the whole server set-up.  She has had unlimited access to Hillary and Bill and ALL the classified information in the SCIF in their home and she controlled the SCIF.

The mainstream media reported today that poor Huma didn’t know how these emails got on that laptop…   The email fairy delivered them…

She played dumb to the FBI, but she is a savvy operator.  Her demure, clueless routine is an ACT.

Now, she has all these emails – so maybe she was just storing as much damaging stuff as an insurance policy, in case the Clintons ever turn on her (which is about to happen), but maybe Huma is more than just Hillary’s indispensable Girl Friday and because of her unlimited access to the Clintons – the FBI should figure that out quick.

Does “C” lead to espionage or just more pay-to-play?

Yesterday afternoon, FBI Director, James Comey, sent a letter to key members of Congress informing them that the Hillary Clinton email investigation is being reopened.  The media, in the tank for Hillary, went berserk, the Democrats went berserk, and Hillary Clinton demanded Comey provide more information.  With the election 10 days away, this revelation does have the obvious ability to impact the election, so of course, the political optics should concern everyone and assuredly they concerned everyone on the Left and in the media.

Speculation runs rife, but so far, the media is reporting that new emails came to the FBI’s notice through its investigation of perv, Anthony Weiner’s sexting with a minor investigation.   Media reports assert that electronic devices belonging to both Weiner and his wife, Huma Abedin, estranged wife of perv Weiner were subpoenaed in this investigation.

As you read news reports, bits and pieces show up that deviate slightly from the predominant “narrative”.  Bits like this, though, shed some alarming light:

“FBI interview notes indicate that Abedin, a Pakistani-American Muslim whose family has deep ties to Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and the radical Muslim Brotherhood, was granted Top Secret security clearance for the first time in 2009, when Clinton named her deputy chief of staff for operations. Abedin said she “did not remember” being read into any Special Access Programs (SAPs) or compartments.” (my emphasis)

If Clinton wins the presidency next month, she is expected to tap Abedin as her chief of staff, a position that would give her the power to run White House operations – including personnel security and visitor access. The position does not require Senate confirmation. (my emphasis)

the article continues:

“Another guard assigned to Clinton’s residence in Chappaqua, N.Y., recalled in a February FBI interview that new security procedures for handling delivery of the diplomatic pouch and receiving via fax the highly classified Presidential Daily Brief (PDB) had been “established by Abedin.” The witness added that Abedin controlled the operations of a secure room known as a SCIF located on the third floor of the residence.” (my emphasis)

then this:

The FBI pointed out that “the only person at DoS (Department of State) to receive an email account on the (clintonemail.com) domain was Abedin.”

In other words, Abedin, whose email account was huma@clintonemail.com, was the only State Department aide whose emails were hosted by the private Clinton server she claimed she didn’t know existed until she heard about it in the news.” (my emphasis)

One can only wonder what “information” would prod Comey to act, since he already listed an array of felonies, from mishandling classified information to obstruction of justice, in his July “nothing criminal” statement and dismissed them as “extremely careless”.  So, knowing that Comey did not feel compelled to pursue those crimes, it stands to reason to wonder what might have motivated him to act now, especially this close to the election.

The media is yammering about pay-to-play and more classified information, but I keep thinking about that charge list Comey read off in July and then dismissed.  Perhaps, it was something so serious, that even compromised-his-integrity  Comey could not bring himself to ignore it as just, “extremely careless”… like, maybe espionage  (pure speculation on my part, but hey, I feel no remorse).

Considering Abedin admitted she doesn’t remember ever being read into any SAPs, yet had access and possibly even control over the Secretary of State’s classified information within the State Department, begs the question:

Did she ever undergo a formal security background check to ascertain she is not a security risk???

Or was that waived by Hillary Clinton?  This same question should be asked of President Obama and his White House staff.  It should also be asked, looking back, to President Bush and President Clinton too.  I remember, during the Clinton administration, people in the national security community raised serious alarms about the lack of proper security vetting, which allowed unvetted people close access to the Clinton White House.

And if my speculation turns out to have any veracity, it should prod both sides, especially grand-stander, John McCain, to seriously review how elected officials in Washington vet their staffs. I’ve been wondering since 2013 why on earth McCain hired disgraced ISW analyst, Elizabeth O’Bagy, after she was fired by the Institute for the Study of War. And of course, did she ever undergo a security background check?

How Abedin, with her connection to the Muslim Brotherhood, ever passed a security background check, boggles the mind, but the same goes for O’Bagy, who is still a staffer for John McCain.

In 1980, I was a lowly private in the US Army. I arrived at the 21st Replacement in Frankfurt, Germany, because the lower ranks did not have direct assignments in Germany. I was being given my assignment as an Army journalist/information specialist, but first I was asked some questions, because the assignment was to Berlin.  The first question was, “Do you know anyone in the Soviet Union or Eastern bloc countries?” I answered honestly, that I had a pen pal in Czechoslovakia, as a teenager.

That answer precluded me from being assigned to Berlin.  I “knew” someone in a communist country, yet here we are engaged in war against radical Islamists and people with direct ties to organizations funding radical Islamists are working for high-level US officials and have access to highly classified US intelligence information.  Abedin has direct ties to the Muslim Brotherhood and O’Bagy was working for the Syrian Emergency Task Force, as the political director and that group had ties to Palestinian radicals (Muslim Brotherhood).    Here’s a bit from a Daniel Greenfield 2013 report:

“A few days ago, the Wall Street Journal ran a high profile article from one Elizabeth O’Bagy arguing that the majority of the Syrian rebels were actually moderates.

Senator McCain mentioned Elizabeth O’Bagy’s op-ed during the Senate hearings, when he wasn’t playing poker, and tweeted it. That should come as no surprise, considering that O’Bagy is credited with arranging McCain’sinfamous photo op with the Syrian rebel leadership.

The Wall Street Journal lists O’Bagy’s role as the Institute for the Study of War. It leaves out the fact that she is the political director for the Syrian Emergency Task Force making her an activist.

O’Bagy doesn’t matter much. She’s a friendly Western face plastered over a foreign organization. Of more interest is Mouaz Moustafa, the smiling man in the Keffiyah on the far right of McCain in this photo. (my emphasis)

Mouaz Moustafa is a Palestinian Arab and the Executive Director of the Syrian Emergency Task Force which arranged for McCain’s visit.

Senator McCain called Moustafa a “patriot”, but it’s not clear which country he’s a patriot of, since it’s not Mouaz Moustafa’s first time around on the regime change bus tour.”

Now, I must disagree with Greenfield, because I think these “oh so innocent American women, with Islamic radical ties“, matter a great deal.  I think they might matter more than the men, like Moustafa, because these women have ingratiated themselves with top US politicians and have complete access to highly classified information, but also a great deal of influence over these politicians.

Things have changed a great deal, but it sure seems like national security protocols now center around partisan domestic politics and the vagaries of the egos of entrenched Washington insiders, like McCain and Clinton, whom operate above the rules of lesser mortals, than they do about the actual national security of the United States of America.

Rigged elections?

As I type, President Obama is going on and on, answering a reporter’s question about Donald Trump angrily spewing about a “rigged election”. Trump’s motives probably are completely self-serving and intended to stir up his angry followers, to contest the election if Trump loses in November. Trump used this same tactic before the GOP Convention, so it’s reasonable to believe that what Trump cares about is himself, not a corrupt system.

Since August of 2015, I’ve been alarmed by the Trump campaign’s collusion with the mass media on messaging, the relentless selling of manufactured opinion cascades by both Trump and the media, and the glaring similarities in messaging and memes between Clinton operatives and Trump. I’ve been dismayed that no one seriously looked into this obvious media collusion for decades and instead argued about it, as some sort of benign ideological “media bias”,  rather than what it really is.

The Clintons introduced an“information warfare” strategy, more at home in totalitarian regimes than America, into American presidential politics. That’s the truth.  Now, who was behind the Clinton’s new messaging strategy, I can’t say with certainty and my suspicions have fallen mostly on left-wing academics who study propaganda, social psychology and  advertising OR hostile foreign intelligence OR a combination of the two.  I am convinced that the Clintons didn’t dream up this sophisticated information warfare strategy on their own.

Trump may be spewing about the “unfair media” and the “rigged election” for selfish reasons and he may have exaggerated some points, blurred the edges on some of his charges, but he is completely right – this election is a RIGGED SYSTEM and it was RIGGED by the CLINTONS and their legions of operatives and their friends in the mass media from the beginning.

The deluge of Podesta email leaks pouring out from Wikileaks is making a term, which I have been talking about since last fall, very trendy: MEDIA COLLUSION. Back in October 2015, I wrote about seeing Bill Clinton’s triangulation strategy setting up perfectly:

Do you ever let your mind wander and think about “what ifs”?  Well, as Donald Trump continues to keep the GOP race in disarray and feeds the worst bigots, xenophobes and racists at the base, well, I wonder, would the Clinton political machine be able to orchestrate a more perfect triangulation than to have far-left kook, Bernie Sanders on the left and Donald Trump on the right.  Trump’s single-handedly throwing the election to Hillary with his “deport them all”, which threw the Hispanic vote in the toilet for the GOP, if he is the candidate, then it was the attacks on women, or how about his “closing mosques” comment yesterday?  That would leave the Queen sitting snugly in the “middle” – calm, grandmotherly and looking “moderate”…

At first, I thought this would be impossible, but as I’ve watched Trump continue to agitate and throw out these verbal hand grenades at any in the GOP field, who looks like he/she might move up in the polls, then add in all these outrageous lines he keeps throwing out to alienate wide swaths of the electorate, it all seems orchestrated and contrived.  A couple of days ago he was blaming GWB for 9/11 and not keeping America safe, yet it was President Clinton who let bin Laden go and who did nothing to deal with Al Qaeda’s attacks on American interests – USS Cole, Khobar Towers, Mogadishu ring any bells.  No, Trump attacked GWB…

I began to think Trump’s operating like a Clinton sewer rat and he sure fixates on the polls – just like the Clintons.  Every other word he speaks is about his poll numbers and the press feeds on that too.  This training the American public that polls determine what’s right and wrong, not the merits of the issue, worked like a charm during the Clinton impeachment.  “Who cares if a President lies under oath – the American public doesn’t;  just look at the President’s poll numbers”, went the argument.  The media sold that line of reasoning and the American people bought it.

We know Trump frequently golfed with Bill Clinton, praised Hillary and even invited the Clintons to his wedding.  In fact, that reported phone call from Bill Clinton to Trump right before he announced his decision to enter the race as a Republican seems so odd, looking back at how this race is stacking up.  Trump is clearing the path for a Hillary win.

So, does Trump have some vendetta against GWB or the Bushes, because his ultimate target is to demolish Jeb Bush?  Trump holds grudges and he believes in destroying his enemies.  Back in August 2015, I wrote a post where I quoted one of Trump’s books:

Last week I bought one of Trump’s books, as I mentioned before, and I read it.  Assuredly, Trump offered many interesting insights into, as the book’s title stated, “TRUMP: How to Get Rich”.  The pride he takes in his children comes across and he offers some worthwhile advice on investing and negotiating, but trying to get to the character of who exactly is Donald Trump, well, he’s a man who has chapters in his book like “Be Strategically Dramatic”, “Sometimes You Still Have To Screw Them”, and “Sometimes You Have To Hold a Grudge”, replete with examples from his life and his guiding principles. Here are some quotes (page 138):

“When somebody hurts you, just go after them as viciously and as violently as you can.  Like it says in the Bible, an eye for an eye.”

Be paranoid.  I know this observation doesn’t make any of us sound very good, but let’s face the fact that it’s possible that even your best friend wants to steal your spouse and your money.”

The chapter on holding a grudge is even more interesting, because Trump relates how for years he had donated huge amounts of money to NY governor, Mario Cuomo and when he called Cuomo to ask for a favor from Cuomo’s son, Andrew, who was running the Department of Housing and Urban Development.  Mario Cuomo refused to do the favor (which Trump doesn’t explain in detail other than to say it was an appropriate favor involving attention to a detail). Trump blew up and for any who are confused with Trump’s vendetta against Megyn Kelly on Twitter, calling her a bimbo last night or his refusing to entertain a question by Jorge Ramos from Univision this evening, well, this chapter on holding a grudge (page 142) explains it.  Trump called in a political favor believing it was owed to him, because he donated a lot of money to Mario Cuomo  (crony capitalism is what most people call this greasing of palms).  Here is how Trump describes the phone call:

“I did the only thing that felt right to me.  I began screaming.  “You son of a bitch!  For years I’ve helped you and never asked for a thing, and when I finally need something, and a totally proper thing at that, you aren’t there for me.  You’re no good.  You’re one of the most disloyal people I’ve known and as far as I’m concerned, you can go to hell.”

My screaming was so loud that two or three people came in from adjoining offices and asked who I was screaming at.  I told them it was Mario Cuomo., a total stiff, a lousy governor, and a disloyal former friend.  Now whenever I see Mario at dinner, I refuse to acknowledge him, talk to him, or even look at him.”

Today, Vice President, Joe Biden, decided not to run, so the field is cleared for Hillary and I believe Bill Clinton is throwing his political muscle around to secure the nomination for Hillary.  After all, she went to great lengths to save his presidency during all their assorted scandals, but especially during the Lewinsky scandal.  Coincidences do happen, but some are just too strange, like Bill Clinton calling Donald Trump weeks before Trump’s decision to run as a Republican for president.

Perhaps, this all falls in the realm of a wild conspiracy theory, but it’s best to look at how many segments of the electorate Trump has thrown to the Queen and keep tabs, as he makes more, supposedly, contemporaneous comments that set GOP hopes in flames.  This sure has the stench of a Clintonian scorched earth policy, where they hold all of the matches.

A triangulation theory?

The pieces of Bill Clinton’s triangulation strategy are being exposed in the Podesta emails and now that the “media collusion” is out in the open, with so many in the media blatantly working  with the Clinton campaign, to pile on Trump, the corruption smacks you in the face almost daily.  The Podesta emails make clear that the Clinton campaign colluded with the media to sell the “Pied Piper GOP candidates”, Trump, Cruz, and Carson.  So, the only GOP candidates that made any bumps in the polls were Trump, Cruz and Carson.

On October 9, 2016, Kerry Picket, at the Daily Caller, wrote a piece about a April 7, 2015 Podesta email to the Democratic National Committee, which laid out a plan “to elevate the GOP long shot candidates” (the so-called Pied Piper candidates).  This is the carefully planned Bill Clinton’s triangulation strategy, where they wanted to create far-right kook candidates. She writes;

“The e-mail focuses on the strategy of the “Pied Piper Candidates.” These candidates are the individuals Democrats believed to be the most beatable in a general election as a result of their views, but want them to be taken more seriously in the primary so the more competitive candidates will be forced to adopt positions that they may not feel comfortable with.

“We need to be elevating the Pied Piper candidates so that they are leaders of the pack and tell the press to[sic] them seriously,” the e-mail says, noting that the Pied Piper candidates would be Cruz, Trump, and Carson. The candidates to be cleared from the field would be Bush, Rubio, Walker, Paul, Christie, and Gov. Bobby Jindal.

“Most of the more-established candidates will want to focus on building a winning general election coalition. The ‘Pied Pipers’ of the field will mitigate this to a degree, but more will need to be done on certain candidates to undermine their credibility among our coalition (communities of color, millennials, women) and independent voters. In this regard, the goal here would be to show that they are just the same as every other GOP candidate: extremely conservative on these issues,” the Podesta e-mail notes.

By early March 2015, according to a Quinnipiac poll, Republicans had been coalescing behind Wisconsin Republican Gov. Scott Walker for a few months, but he had yet to officially announce his candidacy. Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, however, was only two points behind Walker with 16 percent. New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie and former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee both received eight percent.

Retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson garnered seven percent while Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul and Texas Sen. Ted Cruz received had six percent, while Florida Sen. Marco Rubio picked up five percent. No other Republican contender went over two percent at the time and 17 percent were undecided.”

This email certainly goes a long way towards providing evidence to my “conspiracy theory” that the rise of Donald J. Trump was a Bill Clinton dirty trick. This email was in April 2015 and Trump didn’t even enter the race until June 2015… yet, the Clinton machine had already figured out how to set him up with the media collusion.

Here’s another timeline:

Early March 2015 – Hillary’s email server scandal broke.  To get a hint of the worries, the following quote is from a March 2, 2015 ,New York Times  story:

“Her expansive use of the private account was alarming to current and former National Archives and Records Administration officials and government watchdogs, who called it a serious breach.

“It is very difficult to conceive of a scenario — short of nuclear winter — where an agency would be justified in allowing its cabinet-level head officer to solely use a private email communications channel for the conduct of government business,” said Jason R. Baron, a lawyer at Drinker Biddle & Reath who is a former director of litigation at the National Archives and Records Administration.”

April 7, 2015:  Podesta sent the “triangulation strategy “email to the DNC.

May 2015:  Donald Trump initiated contact with Bill Clinton, and Bill Clinton returns Trump’s call, according to a August 5, 2015 Washington Post report:

““Mr. Trump reached out to President Clinton a few times. President Clinton returned his call in late May,” a Clinton employee said. “While we don’t make it a practice to discuss the president’s private conversations, we can tell you that the presidential race was not discussed.”

One Trump adviser said Clinton called Trump, but the adviser did not provide specifics about how the call came about.”

June 16, 2015: Trump entered the race and leapt to the head of the pack of the Pied Piper candidates and the mass media elite all start running the “GOP Insurgency Show”, replete with Clinton-style talking points, memes and manufacturing opinion cascades, selling Trump 24/7.

I’m just dying to know how Trump’s big name GOP enablers think Trump can run his one-man borrowed Clinton/Begala scorched earth, mass media saturation strategy all the way to November, when once he gets the GOP nomination he will be facing the new and improved Clinton 2.0 scorched earth and at best he might have FOX News to carry his 24/7 meme factory and rabble-rousing rallies and speeches live. CNN, MSNBC and the other networks will show they are “real news” networks and gladly run the “hard-hitting investigative” exposes on Trump’s past. Without that 24/7 news cycle monopoly and the negatives burying him, what’s he going to do… call Hillary vile names… And since Trump is a one-man show, he will have to play the heavy-handed hit man dishing the dirt and “act” presidential at the same time. That is quite a tall order. The Clinton machine already has the talking points memo messaging perfected. The Clintons always let their minions do the dirty work, so they can pretend they are above the fray and Hillary already has the middle ground firmly staked out. The louder Trump rails, the calmer and more dignified she will act, while the media will buzz endlessly about his emotional stability, he’s losing it, he’s a fascist loon. Which of Trump’s GOP enablers are going to sacrifice their reputations to turn into Carville or Begala for Trump? Stone’s already been marginalized as a loon and CNN and MSNBC have already blocked him, I believe.

In recent weeks, the punditry class is abuzz with the Podesta email revelations of obvious media collusion between the Clinton campaign and media, to actively sell Hillary and dump damaging dirt on Trump. Understandably, the Trump campaign feels like they’re not being treated “fairly” and they’re not, BUT every Republican candidate was NOT treated “fairly” by the media, because all along many of the big wig media elite AND many individual journalists and editors were conspiring with the Clinton campaign to derail Bernie Sanders campaign, to derail the most likely to win Republican campaigns and promote the most extreme, general election losers in the GOP primary. Trump received billions of dollars in free media in the GOP primary, all to help Hillary in the general.  That Trump GOP Insurgent side show was a Clinton meme that their friends in the media sold.  The “GOP establishment conspiracy” that Trump peddled was exactly like Hillary’s “vast, right-wing conspiracy” messaging – sounds like the same people wrote that messaging.

Trump never set up a real presidential campaign and assuredly he never came out with anything as well-thought out as the “Pied Piper Podesta email” to the DNC.  So, let’s look at another LB conspiracy theory – the Trump fascist meme set-up. No worries if you discount me as just a tinfoil hat crazy. I am used to being discounted and told I am nuts – after all I am the one who was attacked in my home in 1998 by a freakin’ retired general, recruited to silence me during the Clinton impeachment scandal, all over my posting comments on the Excite message boards about the Clinton Scorched Earth Strategy and how the “media collusion” is really INFORMATION WARFARE.

I believe the entire “Trump meteoric rise” will be exposed as mass political corruption – making Trump a crook at worst, a Clinton dupe at best – thus making it likely the GOP can wash their hands of Trump and the Dem political operatives guiding Trump from the shadows. Bill Clinton triangulation is written all over Trump’s rise and these vile insidious “racist memes”, which the Trump camp deliberately played to incite the backlash from the Left and GOP opponents will be exposed too. March 10, 2016 – Michelle Fields claims she was strong-armed by Lewandowski leaving a press briefing. I have wondered if he was a handy Clinton middleman, because it sure seemed like he was set-up as the thug in that Michelle Fields controversy. I watched that video over and over and did not see him grab her arm where the bruises were and I believe she sounded very deceptive in interviews.
The Trump controversy builds. And then he walked into the home of wacko leftist central, Chicago. The timeline suggests that Trump was duped into setting up his own bonfire and lighting it, before he was tossed into it by the left-wing mob.

March 12, 2016 – Leftist ground zero, Chicago, Trump faces massive organized leftist mobs and cancels his rally.

Those protests in Chicago were staged and funded by leftists – and Soros very likely played a large role. This riot in San Jose is just part of that continued staged agitation propaganda to try to incite violent clashes with Trump supporters. I still wonder who in Trump’s campaign egged him on with this strong-man themed garbage? Was that pledge rally a Trump brain storm or was Trump sold on it? Soros and other far-left groups are likely funding, organizing and staging these riots and street clashes, but who in Trump’s campaign came up with these strong-man talking points in the first place??? That’s what I would like to know, because it sure looks like he was massively set-up. When he did that pledge rally, where the liberal press was primed with making that Nuremberg rally comparison immediately, almost like they had received some talking points. Was there MEDIA COLLUSION and if so, with whom???

Note: CNN banned key Trump mouthpiece, Roger Stone in late February and MSNBC banned Stone in April, rather extreme measures to silence Trump’s former campaign manager. Oddly, enough CNN immediately hired Corey Lewandowski, in June, when he was fired as the Trump campaign manager, which certainly makes me wonder if Lewandowski was a Clinton mole in the Potemkin Trump campaign all along.

FOX News is a foreign-owned news corporation, that opened shop in America to fuel the right-wing, in massive agitation propaganda efforts. Or as the left dubbed it (Faux News). FOX News has gone all-in to promote the Trump “GOP Insurgency”. Why FOX is all-in for Trump is an open question. The American CEO of FOX News, Roger Ailes, was fired on the very same day as Donald Trump became the Republican nominee, with the news reporting that Rupert Murdoch would be running FOX News for now. Very strange coincidence with that timing, in light of this unprecedented mass media collusion to promote the GOP Insurgent.

Trump played up these racist/fascist memes, but I believe he was fed those memes by someone on his staff, who was being fed those memes by Clinton operatives. For months now, I’ve been stating that I suspect Corey Lewandowski is that Clinton ghost haunting Trump Tower. The racist/fascist memes fit a timeline that led to the Chicago showdown.

Today, The Daily Caller has an article by Blake Neff, Activist Who Took Credit For Violent Chicago Protests Was On Hillary’s Payroll. Imagine that:

“Notably, a search of FEC records reveals that Rodriguez was paid by the Clinton campaign shortly before she disrupted the Chicago rally. The campaign paid her $1,610.34 as a “payroll” expense, and also gave her a $30 payment that is described only as “phone.”

The payments are both dated Feb. 29, 2016, less than two weeks before the violence in Chicago. Those are the only payments Rodriguez has ever received from the Clinton campaign. It’s not immediately clear what the payment was for, and it’s also unclear whether Rodriguez was really behind the agitation in Chicago or if she was simply making an empty boast.

In the months afterwards, Rodriguez was paid handsomely by other political operations. She received a $1,108.97 travel reimbursement from MoveOn.org Political Action in May, and in June she was paid a whopping $17,500 by Stand Up For Ohio PAC as a “political consulting fee.” Stand Up For Ohio PAC is itself heavily funded by MoveOn.”

So, there you have a money trail between a leftist agitator, who showed up in Chicago to instigate anti-Trump rioting, and the Clinton campaign and Soros…

And for those who think the Lewandowski, as the Clinton mole, idea far-fetched, just look at the fact that CNN (a key Clinton front to run the Clinton scorched earth) immediately hired Lewandowski, right after Trump “fired” him. Trump still kept Lewandowski on the pay-roll through September 2016 and although Lewandowski was “fired”, he’s still in close contact with Trump. I’ll quote the Soros-funded, Media Matters:

Campaign reporters spotted CNN contributor and former Donald Trump campaign manager Corey Lewandowski joining the campaign’s motorcade and stepping off Trump’s plane as the Republican presidential nominee traveled to campaign events on Saturday, raising more questions for CNN about its decision to continue employing Lewandowski despite the obvious ethical problems in doing so.

CNN’s decision to hire Lewandowski has been widely criticized as an ethical morass by media ethicists and journalists who have condemned the network for months. Lewandowski’s continued involvement with the Trump campaign, his likely non-disparagement agreement with Trump, and his penchant for pushing Trump talking points on air all raise serious questions about his continued employment at CNN. CNN’s employment of Lewandowski contradicts the network’s previous stance that contributors paid by a campaign “would not be permitted.”

According to CNN, Lewandowski’s supposed severance pay ended in late September, as he was paid off “in one lump sum”; he had previously received monthly payments from the Trump campaign following his termination even while drawing a paycheck as a CNN contributor, a practice which was to continue for the rest of the year.

In recent days, Lewandowski has been on CNN defending Trump’s bragging about committing sexual assault and attempting to discredit some of the women who have accused Trump of assaulting them. But after Trump’s arguably worst week of the campaign so far, several reporters covering the Trump campaign spotted Lewandowski traveling with Trump to campaign events in Maine and New Jersey on October 15″

My cable and internet came back on at 8:47 pm, just in time to watch the presidential debate.  Despite the nitpicking about unfair moderators, despite the pundits yammering about who scored points, despite the polling crapola to show Trump did “better”,  Trump’s constant sniffling again, coupled with his bizarre behavior, speaks to an issue that should have Republican leaders finally dumping him.  Instead, they’ll convince themselves he did better or he can somehow turn this around, when the truth is his campaign is imploding rapidly.

This latest video, with Trump’s vulgar comments about women, is not the last or worst Clinton machine hit.  They spent the past year digging up all this dirt and they have masterfully staged the hits, saving the worst for last.   The Machado hit backfired a little bit, but this tape didn’t.  Trump’s disingenuous apology, then counter punch with a video with Bill Clinton’s accusers looked pathetic really.  Everyone has heard their stories before and the real problem is they speak to Bill Clinton’s behavior, very much akin to Trump’s behavior, but not to Hillary’s behavior.  Yes, of course, Hillary’s attacks on Bill Clinton’s other women speak to her, but without proof, those allegation come across as just right-wing conspiracy theory fodder and do not help Trump one bit.

Trump followers keep making excuses for Trump’s disgusting behavior, each step of the way, as these Trump revelations expose the real Donald J. Trump.  He is not only corrupt, but he corrupts everyone around him, as he drags his followers further into the sewer of moral relativism and blind partisanship.  Every time clueless Republican mouthpieces make excuses for Trump, I cringe.  There is worse to come, so Republican leaders only have themselves to blame, for lacking the courage to dump this con man, Clinton dupe.

Bill Clinton set up the perfect triangulation strategy, which I have mentioned here, here, here, here, here, here, here, and here.  The Clintons are laughing their way to the White House.

Hillary lied a lot tonight.   She seemed phony and canned, but Trump looked and acted like a cocaine-user and that should worry Republican leaders. Hillary did nothing to shake her position holding the middle ground and that is the path to the White House.

The fact is all of these email dumps have begun to sound boring. while the Trump dirt, the Clinton operatives keep dumping, is salacious and grabs everyone’s attention.  There are rumors that tape exists with Trump using racial slurs, to include the n-word.  The Trump implosion will only gather speed in the next few weeks.

The most bizarre Trump comment came at the end – Trump who claims that Hillary lacks the stamina to be president, when asked to say something positive about Hillary, said:

“She doesn’t quit, she doesn’t give up,  I respect that.  I tell it like it is: She’s a fighter!”

He just endorsed her for President…  What the heck are Republicans thinking supporting this jackass???

He is playing every Republican and his millions of followers  in the country for fools!

Kaine lost, but media biggest loser

There seems to be general consensus that Pence won the VP debate last night and I covered the GOP side in my previous post. Here are the issues with Tim Kaine’s debate performance.  First, he was annoying and obnoxious with his constant interruptions, but that was planned.   The moderator lost control early on and her attempts at control seemed geared to bringing Pence to heel, while Kaine interrupted non-stop and kept barking.  No matter the issue under debate, especially when that issue was Hillary, Kaine’s default response was, “Hey, look a Squirrel (Trump)!”

Trump couldn’t stand not being the center of attention, so he announced he was live tweeting the debate, which he did, throwing out his usual idiotic and pointless commentary.  The mainstream media has a presence on Twitter too, so their mouthpieces were a flutter, tweeting “fact-checking” and ostensibly, insightful commentary.

The problem is the pundits and political writers are so overtly partisan and biased, that their commentary lacks any objectivity.  The mainstream media’s tweeting fixated on dumping on Trump, did nothing to damage Trump, and it made the media look corrupt and totally in the tank for Hillary, which they are.

The media might play along talking Trump 24/7 and rehashing every vile thing Trump has ever said in the past 50 years, but there’s so much Hillary dirt still impacting and it’s doubtful even the mainstream media, in full throes of corrupt media collusion promoting Hillary by trashing Trump, can ignore or cover-up the rising tide of Obama/Hillary/Democratic Party corruption, in which Bill and Hillary’s fingerprints are everywhere.

The DOJ/FBI corruption, with investigating Hillary’s home-brew server, keeps stirring, with more disturbing revelations almost daily. The mainstream media, despite wanting to talk about the Trump Foundation and Trump’s crazy comments, haven’t been able to avoid these stories completely, for example:

Obama DOJ drops charges against broker of Libyan weapons (the dark cloud of Benghazi)

Rep. Goodlatte’s letter to Attorney General, Lorretta Lynch – side agreements to the Cheryl Mills and Heather Samuelson immunity deals (FBI destroyed their laptops, very limited time frame of FBI email searches)

Trump mightily strives to keep the attention on himself, but Hillary’s scandals keep rising like the Zombie Apocalypse, no matter how deeply buried, never dead.

Whether the American people can even see the massive corruption in both of these candidates seems doubtful, and the corrupt media collusion, intended to bury Trump, seems to have reached such levels of absurdity and saturation, that it’s likely, most Americans hate and distrust the corrupt media more than either Trump or Hillary.  Americans hate blatant unfairness and the over-the-top, relentless Trump-trashing onslaught by the media, might backfire and turn some undecided voters toward Trump.

Kaine lost last night, but the media lost too.

Note:  Yes, I know my conclusion about Trump losing to Pence and Trump winning against the media sound contradictory and they are to a certain degree, so as usual, I am probably wrong, at predicting anything in this race.  And there are so many other variables that might implode before November…

Who to blame?

Trump decided to go full-throttle, scorched earth, to counter the Clinton/mainstream media scorched earth being waged against him.  As I’ve stated many times, the problem Trump faces waging scorched earth remains, that Trump wades into the sewer himself and personally throws all the crap, regardless of the veracity of the smears.  This makes him look like a LOOSE CANNON.   He feeds the Clinton meme.

The Clintons have cadres of loyal spinners and mouthpieces, who dump all the dirt for them.  That way, Hillary can prance out there like the Queen and act like she’s above the fray and the serious candidate.  She gets to “act” presidential, even though she has launched the same, down-in-the-sewer campaign as Trump.  This is how catty women operate naturally – manipulate other people, get other people to do their dirty work and play mind games.  Hillary is just as unhinged as Trump (probably more so, imo).  I keep telling my family that she just hides “her crazy” much better than Trump.  The Clinton/Democratic Party machines are organized criminal enterprises – nothing noble there, that’s for sure.

So, when Republicans want to figure out who to blame for the Trump national embarrassment, it’s not only the Clinton machine,  who orchestrated the “GOP Insurgency”, at fault, it’s the Republican leadership who refused to do anything to stop Trump, even though they were well aware he was a fraud, con man, liar, liberal Democrat.  They did nothing to vet him, so these leaked tax returns go to the RNC failure to properly vet their presidential candidate.  If you refuse to defend your party from a hostile takeover, you deserve what you get.

This 2016 Election Nightmare sank to a voracious media feeding frenzy in recent days – about old sex scandals, a Latin beauty queen/narco kingpin mistress, fat-shaming, billion dollar tax write-off from the “great” businessman’s losses, Trump mocking Hillary’s health crisis and  gleeful anticipation of more Russian active measures to interfere in our election.

Trump’s conservative followers really need to think about why they have decided to become amoral moral relativists.

The problem with supporting Trump, as the only thing to stop corrupt Hillary, all along, has been you need to keep moving further and further making excuses for Trump’s corruption.  You have to sell your soul.

Hillary is thoroughly corrupt.  Trump is thoroughly corrupt.  Supporting thoroughly corrupt people corrupts YOU – that’s the TRUTH.  Corrupt people always try to drag their families, friends, and supporters into more corruption, that’s just how it works in life and that’s how it works in politics too.

It’s tough to stand on principle – many people will end up hating you, calling you an idealistic fool, or berating you, but just because everyone else goes along with something or SOMEONE who is corrupt, you should always think for yourself and do the right thing.

Being an American isn’t just about individual liberty, it’s about your duties as a citizen and that means fidelity to The Constitution.  People telling you there are no other choices, to push you, or to absolve themselves from guilt for supporting either of these crooks,  don’t understand the most important FREEDOM we have – the right to refuse to just get in line and shut-up.  If enough people refused to support these two thoroughly corrupt candidates, instead of saying we must choose one or the other, many other choices would appear.  Granted, in our constitutional republic, other choices, this late in the election, aren’t easy, but they aren’t impossible.

The most consequential issues in history weren’t decided by taking the easy road.

Americans are in for a huge reality check with either of these two thoroughly corrupt sociopaths as President.  Trump is a clueless dupe, who can be baited easily and is being played, not just by Hillary, but by Putin too.  Hillary is compromised to the point, where she can easily be blackmailed by hostile foreign countries, who are sitting on all of her emails.

The only winner in November, with either of these two, will be America’s enemies!

The American unCivil War of Words

One of my favorite books, which I keep on my table next to my recliner.  The simple velvet ribbon bookmark with beads, is one of my quick projects.

Partisanship can, not only dull our conscience, it can throw our moral compass completely off-course, to the point that we become lost in a swirl of raging waves of overblown rhetoric, mindless lobbing of partisan invective, and end up as furtive enemies waging an escalating American unCivil War of Words.  Certainly, the casualties aren’t the thousands of dead bodies that pile up in real war, but nonetheless this war comes at a great cost and is not just harmless “politics as usual” or  without casualties.  This unAmerican Civil War of Words is killing not only our American character, it’s killing our American republic.

America really began as a place where Europe’s religious malcontents, adventurers, assorted riffraff and yes, the bold and daring, decided to strike out and build their own future.  That’s really who we are.  We are a people, who can not only pull up our roots and plant them in a strange new land, we are a people who will learn to adapt and thrive, despite hardships.  Above is a photo of the top of my craft cabinet. On the right is a container filled with ribbon scraps.  The bottom photos is of pattern leaflets for candlewicking.

Candlewicking is an unique American form of needlework invented by American pioneer women, who moved West in the 1800s.  Money and sewing supplies were scarce, so in the usual American fashion, industrious and creative American women began using candle wicks, which were made of braided cotton,  to create a new form of embroidery, with open designs, using a colonial knot, which is similar to a French knot.  Candle wicks were readily available and cheap, but the open designs allowed covering a larger space with embroidery, with less stitching.

American women weren’t just along for the ride, when they came to America, they were partners in the adventure. They helped build America too, but they also learned to create, innovate, repurpose, conserve, and strive to provide the best they could for their families.

America is a land where we are FREE to dream, as big or as little,  as we choose. The photo above is a small stack of some of my dreams for future quilting projects.  I use little post-it notes to mark pages in magazines and craft books all the time, to bookmark projects for the future.  That Sunbonnet Sue Quilt Special is from 1986 – someday when my patience for applique peaks, I’d like to use ideas from this applique masterpiece and design my own unique Sunbonnet Sue masterpiece.

Being able to keep dreaming is part of our American spirit too.

Sunbonnet Sue is an American original, just like candlewicking. And for those who don’t think needlewomen and quilters can organize, rebel, and express themselves eloquently here’s how Sunbonnet Sue became a beloved quilt motif and how some quilters in the 1980s revolted:

“People fell in love with Sue’s sweet temperament, her ever-present bonnet, and the wholesome and good-natured vignettes of her everyday life. Soon Sue was found on postcards, greeting cards, and even became a design element on plates and dishes.

Her chunky features proved to be enticing for hand quilters and stitchers, and so Sue became preserved for all eternity in a quilt block. In the early 1900s she appeared in  the Ladies Home Journal and Woman’s World magazine as well as countless newspapers and pattern magazines. During the Great Depression, Sue surged to popularity, as folks yearned for brighter and sunnier days.

Sunbonnet Sue’s popularity took a hit in the ’70s and ’80s as some quilters dared to shout, “Not all of us love Sunbonnet Sue!” A group of quilters in Kansas, known as the Seamsters Local #500, worked on a controversial quilt that came to be called, “The Sun Sets on Sunbonnet Sue.” The current events and social unrest of the time are depicted in the blocks of that quilt.

Sue is pictured at Jonestown, Three-Mile Island, eaten by Jaws, tied to train tracks, struck by lightning – her death is represented over and over again in applique quilt blocks. The original quilt is now in a museum at Michigan State University.”

The lower photo above is a plastic container of bookmarks, made from leftover scrapbook paper, stickers and yes, I use ribbon from that container of ribbon scraps, as a way to use little scraps of ribbon, rather than throw them away.  I often put several of these bookmarks in cards for friends, in books that I’m giving as gifts or just hand some to my friends and family.  Often, I go in my sewing room and sit at my little craft table and make two or three bookmarks in 10 or 15 minutes, while I am thinking about blog posts to write, but I also experiment with other craft junk and styles of bookmarks, braided ribbon ones, simple ribbon ones, or even the corner bookmarks, which you can see in the photo below:

My friend, Marrietta, is an expert quilter and she does perfectly mitered corners on all her quilt bindings.  She also doesn’t throw away small scraps of fabric.  Many years ago she lived here, but then she and her husband moved to Arizona.  Instead of working on sewing and craft projects together like we used to, we now stay in touch and share photos of our projects and inspirations on facebook.  She makes all sorts of projects with small fabric scraps, but while my quick relaxation project is bookmarks, her thing is making quilted potholders.

Marrietta also taught me how to be a more productive crafter and sewer. She doesn’t make just one thing at a time.  Everything is an assembly line process with her, where you break the project into steps and make four of five at a time.  One time in the mid-90s, she bought these doll heads and hands, plus angel wings on sale somewhere.  She had an idea for angels, so we combined our supplies, since I had a lot of ruffled lace.  We used clear plastic cones, then improvised more cones from some thick acetate-type stuff, which I pillaged from my husband’s stuff in the garage.  Hot glue and a couple hours and we made about a dozen of those angels.  I kept one, which is in the photo below:

American women took quilting in all sorts of new directions from the staid Old World and American quilting today is still alive and thriving, in fact, American quilters share, teach, and inspire each other in online forums, with videos and blogs.  Below is a picture of just a few of the potholders Marrietta has sent me over the years.  The Hawaiian shirt potholder, in the center, was made with Hawaiian print fabric scraps, that a friend of hers from Hawaii mailed her

I can trace my father’s family tree back to pre-Revolutionary War Pennsylvania, where they arrived in Philadelphia from Germany and settled in the wilds of northeast Pennsylvania.  My father’s generation spoke PA Dutch at home, but very few of my relatives still speak PA Dutch.  While many Americans are proud of their ethnic roots,  from whence their ancestors came, the more important thing to be proud of is being an American.

America is all about believing, that within every individual, lies great potential, no matter the color of your skin, your religion, your ethnic background, whether your’re a man or a woman – in America all things ARE possible.  It is the aspirations of people for millennia to be FREE, played out, writ large in our great nation.

Watching this descent into 2016 Election Hell, isn’t just a national embarrassment, it’s the culmination of decades of social and governmental decay.   The Clintons ushered in a new era of politics in America, a brand of not just ruthless partisanship, but actual information warfare waged on the national media battlefield.  It’s a vile brew of corrupt fundraising, vile character assassinations, vile mass media messaging manipulation, and vile mass media collusion to sell their messaging, all sold with endless manufactured polling data.

George W. Bush barely managed to win in 2000.  Barack Obama took the Clinton information warfare to a more ruthless level and due to his endless racial politics, he has avoided being held accountable for the widespread corruption within his administration.  The minute you criticize him, his Alinskyite foot soldiers attack with charges of racism.  Every area of the executive branch is thoroughly corrupt, even the Defense Department, where narratives substitute for facts or the truth.

Hillary Clinton and her aides, who grossly  and deliberately jeopardized national security and blatantly obstructed justice, were allowed to escape any accountability, because prosecuting them would expose the widespread mishandling of sensitive information by President Obama and his White House staff.  Hillary Clinton represents total disdain for the rule of law in America.

Donald Trump seems intent on playing gutter politics,  like the Clinton machine, but he is also banking on overt Russian intelligence interference in our electoral process, especially with the email leaks. Donald Trump represents the very worst in America celebrity cult worship.

This post began with a photo on one of my favorite books – (“War Letters: Extraordinary Correspondence from American Wars”, Andrew Carroll).  I keep a letter by General John J. “Black Jack” Pershing, the most famous American military leader in World War I, bookmarked.  General Pershing  suffered great personal loss, but he still gave his full devotion to serving America.  His heartfelt  letter to his young son, Warren, speaks to the American spirit we need to rekindle, to get our moral compass pointing toward a stronger, united American future:

“I want you to come so that you yourself can see something of the army and see something of France. I want you to know while you are still a boy something of the fine patriotism that inspires the American soldiers who are fighting over here for the cause of liberty. They are fighting as you know against Germany and her Allies to prevent the rulers of Germany from seizing territory that does not belong to them and from extending their rule over the people of other governments who do not wish to be ruled by Germany. I might add that in order to do this the German army, under orders from the Ruler of Germany, has committed most serious crimes, and for that also we are fighting in order to punish them.

I want you to see some of the battlefields of France with me, over which the American soldiers have fought in carrying out the great purpose of our people. It will enable you to realize later in life just what sacrifice means and just what degree of sacrifice our army is called upon to make and which they have made and are making bravely and courageously.”

He promised his young son a trip to France to see the battlefields and in words meant for his son only, General Pershing sums up the larger purpose, simple, poignant and meant to be private, a father trying to teach his son what we hold dear.   He kept his promise to his son and here’s a photo of young Warren Pershing with his father in France.

General Pershing spoke of selfless sacrifice.  His entire life was a testament to serving America first, which is a far, far cry from self-serving Donald Trump’s America First or Hillary’s endless opining of being America’s #1 victim of the “vast, right-wing conspiracy”.  We need leaders who are personally willing to serve America first

Down in the mud…

Trump has decided to double-down on his primary scorched earth strategy – guess, he feels he can dominate the mainstream media, as they collude with the Clinton/Obama/Democratic Party machines, to steamroll Trump into the dirt.

The problem the media has is so few Americans trust them to be an honest-broker and tell the truth.  They were trying to cover-up and carry water for Hillary’ health issues.  In fact, when Hillary collapsed on September 11th, if that civilian person hadn’t posted his video of Hillary collapsing on Twitter, the media would have covered it up completely and denied there was any problem. We would have been sold the she was just “dehydrated” story.

Andrea Mitchell is a complete Hillary cheerleader, Chuck Todd was exchanging emails with Debbie Wasserman Schultz, to do in Sanders in the primary, this Washington Post reporter, David Fahrenthold, gleefully reports every bit of dirt he can dig up about the Trump Foundation, but he sure isn’t interested in looking into the Clinton Foundation or David Brock’s non-profit irregularities.  This media collusion, to help Hillary, permeates the mainstream media and it might end up helping Trump.

While Trump may dig himself to defeat, by going too far into the mud, at the same time, he is going to drag the Clintons and the media right down there with him.  The corrupt media collusion is how Bill Clinton master-minded the “GOP Insurgency” and set-up his perfect triangulation strategy in the primary.  In March, I wrote:

So, now we are at Phase Two, the general election steamroller effort to destroy Trump.

Many crazy conspiracy theories keep cropping up about Hillary and the media corruption, but oddly enough, some are true, and these feed the perception that the media is rigging the system for Hillary.   Her “dehydrated” story was total bs, but many in the media dutifully sell Clinton talking points and their obvious one-sided reporting is totally out in the open in this election.

Trump whined about his mic not working during the debate.  Hillary mocked him.  Today it was reported that Trump’s mic really wasn’t working properly during the debate:

“The Commission on Presidential Debates admitted Friday there were indeed issues with Donald Trump’s audio at Monday’s debate – four days after the Republican nominee complained about sound issues inside the venue and was mocked for it by Hillary Clinton.

“Regarding the first debate, there were issues regarding Donald Trump’s audio that affected the sound level in the debate hall,” the CPD said in a short statement Friday afternoon.

While Trump already has taken a drubbing from political analysts for aspects of his performance Monday, the unusual — and belated — statement from the commission boosts his claim that he was having microphone problems.

“I was a little bit upset that the microphone in the room wasn’t working,” Trump told reporters Monday night.

The next day, he continued to bring up the sound issues.

“My microphone in the room, they couldn’t hear me,” Trump said on Fox and Friends. “I wonder if it was set up that way,” he added. “It was terrible.””

McClatchyDC has an article up on the year-long Democratic effort to groom Alicia Machado,  as the Hispanic woman mistreated by Donald Trump:

Millions of Americans heard the name Alicia Machado for the first time this week in the final minutes of the most-watched presidential debate in history.

But there were actually a year’s worth of twists and turns, largely behind the scenes, that ledHillary Clinton to utter the name of the Latina beauty queen, turning Machado into a major figure in the final weeks of the presidential race.

American Bridge, an opposition research group, learned about the 1996 Miss Universe’s story last year. It sold the information directly to the Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee and passed it on to Correct the Record, a super political action committee, which also sold it to Clinton’s campaign, according to three people familiar with the transactions who were not authorized to speak publicly.

At this point, I can’t even predict where this Election 2016 race will go, but I do know where it will end up – NO MATTER WHAT .

Hillary is going to win, even if the Clinton/Obama/Democratic corrupt political machines have to write and sell an entire false narrative about the election results to the American people. The massive level of Obama administration corruption, makes it imperative that the Dems keep control of the White House.  If they could make her email server scandal disappear, lying to the American people about the election results will be just a small step further, with their Wholesale Public Corruption.

The mainstream media will happily sell that, even if it is a lie.

Winners and Losers

Hillary won the debate, if you judge on being prepared and coming with canned sound bites. She won by not coughing or collapsing.  She received all soft-ball questions and was treated with great deference by Lester Holt.  She came as the smug, sanctimonious, gloating Queen.

Trump knew nothing, seemed rattled and defensive many times.  He was combative, rude, completely unprepared.  He offered nothing that sounded remotely like a Republican or conservative policy. He came as the smug, mega-rich con man, NY liberal Democrat, Reality TV star.

He was the same Trump who won the GOP nomination with the media giving him billions in free media and touting, “Trump doesn’t play by the rules”, “he’s winning”, etc. etc.  No one seems to care about how the media elites came to be giving one GOP candidate all that free media or how they failed to report these mountains of negative news stories, they’re dumping now.

The Washington Post has 20 reporters working on digging up dirt on Trump, with one reporter breathlessly reporting each new allegation about the Trump Foundation on Twitter, but nothing about the Clinton Foundation or Hillary’s email server. While the media should have been digging into her server during the last year, they were busy selling the GOP Insurgent.

Trump lost last night’s debate, by any measure of a candidate being competent on public policy,  just like he lost every GOP primary debate, by that metric.  The difference last night was the liberal media wasn’t spinning him as an Insurgent or proclaiming he’s above the rules, like they did in the primary.  Holt didn’t ask one question about the just released FBI notes, Benghazi, her role in Libya, which all go to her job performance as Secretary of State.  She was allowed to gloat about all the miles she traveled as Secretary of State, while being absolved from having to answer for her conduct or the results of all her travel.

Not sure any of that matters, because the media lost big time last night – the bias was so overt and palpable, that it smacked you in the face – no questions on Benghazi, Libya, the just released FBI Notes, the multiple terrorists attacks in the past week in America.

Instead, there were long blocks devoted to Trump’s support of invading Iraq (when he was a private citizen), but no question to Hillary, when she voted for it as a Senator.

Then there was the birtherism again.  Sure, plenty of Americans who bought into that are out and out racists, but President Obama’s own actions of putting Islamist apologists in charge of policing “Islamophobia” and such semantical word games, like calling the Islamist massacre at Fort Hood “workplace violence,” also feed the distrust many Americans feel about President Obama.

The media is complicit in downplaying the growing Islamist radical threat in America.

The Obama administration’s blind-eye to the rising ISIS-inspired attacks on American soil might end up upstaging Hillary’s canned sound bites and liberal media gloating. In the last week, there was the explosion in NYC/NJ, there was the mall stabbing Somali in MN that same night.  There was also a mall shooting in Washington state, by a Turkish immigrant.   Lester Holt didn’t even mention anything about these attacks in his questions.

Holt  did mention cybersecurity and Hillary rattled off a response.  This woman, who set up an unsecured email server,  who allowed highly sensitive information to be exchanged on her server, and who can’t even keep track of her own blackberries and ipads,  wasn’t asked how she was competent to deal with anything pertaining to “cybersecurity”.

This obvious win might end up damaging her in a few days, especially as the media colludes with her gloating and overplaying her “win”.  There’s also all her emails out there waiting to be leaked….

There’s also the lurking question about the FBI’s handling of her email server investigation, which the media seems determined to bury too.

Seems to me like it might end up like her arrogant “basket of deplorables” speech.

The real loser last night was the American people and how so many Americans support these two vile LIARS fills me with fear for our republic.
