Hillary’s perfect triangulation strategy advances

Today, Hillary perfectly delivered a kick-ass speech on the economy.  Yep, even though all her cringe-worthy policy ideas, in truth, remain as old and tired as she is, whomever wrote this speech masterfully hit a home run and perfectly advanced the Clinton triangulation strategy.  She played the calm, doting America’s grandma, determined to keep America safe from that far-right, LOOSE CANNON, Donald J. Trump.  Who could have seen Hillary playing Bill Clinton’s triangulation strategy ….perfectly?

FOX News, formerly the host of the 24/7 Trumpathon, broke in and covered her speech live and in its entirety.  Ahh, yes, that glorious “free” media went to Hillary today.  Trump will now be playing defense and he will be in the same position he put 16 fellow Republicans using the Clinton’s scorched earth for his now defunct “GOP Insurgency Show”.    The only thing Trump will be doing is trying to defend himself against a barrage of media attacks. You can’t be “winning” if you are stuck playing defense.

The news that Trump fired Lewandowski yesterday, might give Trump’s big name GOP enablers hope that Trump can turn his disorganized, unprofessional, inept, clueless Potemkin campaign into a top-notch campaign, prepared to compete with the Clinton machine juggernaut, if anything was going right in Trump World.  Today’s news  heralds  more bad omens, of Trump’s  FEC campaign filing and the realization that his campaign is, ahem, prepare to be shocked…….. broke, a train wreck, filled with red flags to possible financial shenanigans.   The Atlantic reports:

“Another excuse for poor fundraising is that Trump is wealthy enough to self-fund, so that his shortcomings in collecting other people’s money matter less.  “If need be, there could be unlimited ‘cash on hand’ as I would put up my own money, as I have already done through the primaries, spending over $50 million dollars,” Trump said in his statement. In theory, that is true—though doubts persist about how much money he really has, and will continue until and unless he releases tax returns. Trump loaned his campaign more than $2 million to cover expenses, but that’s classified as a loan, rather than giving the money. In fact, one the most striking things about the report is how much money the campaign is paying to Trump-affiliated companies. The Mar-a-Lago Club, which he owns, received more than $432,000 for catering. Tag Air, which Trump also owns, got $350,000 for use of planes and helicopters. Even Eric Trump Wine Manufacturing pulled in $4,000. Trump Tower received rent for office space.

On occasions like this, it’s hard not to think of Trump’s comment in 2000: “It’s very possible that I could be the first presidential candidate to run and make money on it.” Politico points out that Trump spent $208,000 on hats, while “by comparison, the campaign spent only $48,000 on data management and $115,000 on online advertising.” Those “Make America Great Again” hats are great merchandise, and useful for spreading the Trump brand. Data management? Not so much. But Trump has loaned himself more than $40 million now, and if he can’t ramp up his fundraising, he’ll never be able to pay himself back.”

http://www.theatlantic.com/politics/archive/2016/06/trump-fundraising-bad/488003/

Yes, the great businessman, billionaire, only hired the best people, CON MAN Trump is exposing that the emperor has no clothes, yet one wonders how long his apologists will continue to be 5th Avenue Loyalists.   His political hack big name GOP enablers will head for the lifeboats soon if the Trumptanic takes on much more water, I suspect.

The sinking feeling in my stomach, as I listened to Hillary’ calm, perfectly modulated speech, left me angry at the GOP leadership, those gutless wonders who stood by and let this fraud takeover the party and burn it to the ground.  In fact, most of those GOP politicians in Washington were getting on board the Trump train, even as the large donors have been holding tight to their wallets.

My loyalty is to America and the Constitution before any political party, but with the Obama “fundamental transformation” moving at warp speed to destroy the US military and undermine the rule of law as much as possible in his last few months, it seemed like the only two institutions with any hope of protecting and defending America and the rule of law, were the US Armed Forces and the GOP, which still preached fidelity to the Constitution.  Of course, the GOP feckless and hollow promises are why Trump’s “GOP Insurgency” even gained support in the first place.

Perhaps, the GOP leadership will orchestrate a counter-insurgency and dump Trump at the convention or perhaps  Hillary’s campaign will be derailed by the email server fall-out.

“Perhaps”, we are doomed without a miracle.

Trump messaging 101

“ADMIT NOTHING, DENY EVERYTHING, MAKE COUNTER ALLEGATIONS”

The messaging muddle in the Trump campaign continues to stir up the muck and will end up leaving Trump’s big name GOP enablers covered in the sleaze and flailing about looking for even a shred of unsullied personal honor, if they choose to stick with this fraud. Despite the mounting realization that Trump’s not going to “act” presidential, these big name enablers cling to the belief that he is somehow some “great” catalyst for change and breath of fresh air, fighting against oppressive political correctness or in their most desperate mewling, they keep repeating that he’s better than that dreaded witch of Chappaqua, Hillary.

The irony that Donald Trump follows the Alinsky playbook more assiduously than Hillary or Obama should clue his big name supporters in that, this man is NOT a conservative nor even a Republican, he’s a pampered, puffed up Prince of New York, “The Donald”, as I’ve mentioned many times before and he’s about SELF-promotion, not about “Making America Great Again” or fixing America’s problems, heck he’s not even really into the details of public policy. Donald J. Trump is about Donald J. Trump, you can full stop there, because that’s the beginning and end of Trump’s world view.

Trump threw that sideshow press briefing last week, to attack reporters and lie about his January veterans’ fundraiser. As I’ve said several times, his Trump Foundation vet fundraiser PR gambit highlights just how much he is like the Clintons, with the melding of the political operations with what is ostensibly supposed to be his “charity”. The truth about Trump’s dedication to veterans can be summed up by this bit of trivia from a January Washington Post story:

“The Weekly Standard’s John McCormack detailed that giving, contrasting the $57,000 the Trump Foundation gave veterans groups from 2009 to 2013 with the $100,000 it gave to the William J. Clinton Foundation in 2009 alone.”

Trump kept bragging since January about the million dollar donation he made to vets during his propaganda gambit vet fundraiser/Trumper tantrum at FOX News event, but the truth is he didn’t donate the money until he was pressured by press questions about the donations’ distribution the week before last.  Again, he is a liar and a fraud.

Trump revels in his power to suck up media attention, he revels in vicious character assassinations and forcing Republicans to bow down to him.  He wants Republican power-brokers to bow to him and kiss his feet (and other parts too).  Instead of showing an iota of humility, Trump intends to continue to attack Republican leaders, like his attack on NM governor, Susana Martinez,  because he wants them to become his loyal stooges or he wants them eliminated from the GOP power structure – that’s what a GOP Insurgency IS, for the clueless GOP dupes who believed his scorched earth primary campaign was just an “act”.  No, this is the real Trump – he’s a lowlife, sleaze who will break any rules to get what he wants – he’s CORRUPT to his core and has no moral boundaries.

Trump moved on to not only maligning all Mexicans and scapegoating sundry ethnic groups, he’s now set out to attack the federal judge in his Trump University fraud case.  Plenty of his media minions jumped on board to assassinate the character of this judge too and that should give you a clear indication of how Trump will abuse presidential power.  One of Trump’s biggest apologists, Newt Gingrich, has come under attack from Trump too, for condemning Trump’s attack on Judge Gonzalo Curiel.  Instead of backing off from his attack on the judge, Trump once again doubled-down.  Between now and the convention we will see if any of these big name GOP Trump enablers gather enough courage or shreds of character to walk away from Trump’s gutter politics.

Several Trump surrogates came out yesterday and were marching in line to the new Trump talking points, which they admit came from a Trump conference call yesterday , where Trump ordered them to get on his message and fight back against the  fallout from his infamous attacks on this federal judge.  Many Trump-friendly pundits have jumped on board to aid Trump in assassinating the character of this judge, with lengthy pieces to bolster Trump’s slurs and smears against the judge.  Trump’s sewer rats operate exactly like the Clinton sewer rats, as if they roam the same gutters…

Trump started with a con about “Make America Great Again”, but his policies are truncated talking points, not coherent policy.  What drives Trump is the media attention and his love for bullying, braggadocio and scurrilous character assassinations – he is a punk who should have been put in his place decades ago – that’s the truth.  He loves to engage in these staged public humiliations – like last week he was calling reporters names and accusing them of lying, when HE is the one who lied outrageously about this veterans’ fundraiser.

Reporters should be investigating every claim he made, because the chaos with how he operates is a YUGE warning sign that he is not an organized manager or good at principled leadership or behavior.  He didn’t bother to research how primary campaigns work before launching a presidential bid and even now Paul Manafort is trying to put together a viable general election ground game, against the continuing internal campaign warfare between Trump’s scorched earth facilitator, Corey Lewndowski and Manafort.  Trump bet his entire campaign on his borrowed Clinton-style scorched earth/mass media saturation strategy.  Just a week ago, Trump fired Manafort’s pick for a national political director, Rick Wiley, after Wiley only being on the job for a month, indicating the internal Trump chaos continues and Trump remains comitted to Lewnadowski and a scorched earth campaign.

Trump practices the “admit nothing, deny, everything, counter attack” strategy that his sleaze friend, Roger Stone, lives by.  Trump does Alinsky better than Hillary Clinton.  Any hope for a more presidential-acting Trump will be in vain.  The best thing that could happen to the GOP is if Trump pushes too hard and some of his big name GOP enablers get cold feet about backing this LOOSE CANNON.  What a strange election cycle, where the most odious, corrupt, UNFIT Hillary looks like she is equally matched by this odious, corrupt, UNFIT former Clinton friend, masquerading as a Republican.

Will any in the GOP bolster some courage and launch a counter-insurgency before the convention?  Judging by the milquetoast, backing down from Trump’s bullying tactics thus far, chances of a real COIN strategy within the GOP seem highly unlikely and with the likes of Bill Kristol being the emerging strategic-leader of this #NeverTrump effort, well, I expect it to be as well-thought out as his “moderate Syrian rebel” wild goose chase he beat the drum for.   Before the “moderate Syrian rebel” fable, Kristol  was out there touting the glorious “Arab Spring”.   Sadly, Kristol relies on his “military strategy” from his friends the Kagans, whom I consider a top-level menace to American national security and an insult to sound military strategy, so hopes of him building a viable third-party candidate to counter Trump’s borrowed military information strategy  (yes, the Clinton spinmeisters strategy is a military information strategy  – not benign PR) seems  doomed.

The truth is America needs a COIN strategy to get us back to a republic grounded in our American founding principles and rooted in The Constitution.  The need for a 180 degree change in the direction our country is headed goes well beyond the GOP, it speaks to a we need a revolution of American ideals.

Yours truly, me, a nobody homemaker, amateur military strategist thought up a comprehensive PR strategy using sound military strategic precepts to defeat the Clinton-style scorched earth/mass media straegy, without breaking any laws and defending The Constitution every step of the way.  Yes, I have a plan to wage war without a single shot ever being fired and yes, Americans have been reinventing “war” since 1775, when General George Washington took command of the Continental Army and we continue to pave the way toward innovative thinking and modern warfare.   Alas, I am only one person and one person can’t wage war – even ideological war, with the mission of winning the hearts and minds of Americans.  On the bright side, I still own this domain name and am still able to blog….  isn’t freedom grand:-)

Winning the hearts and minds in America will take a team committed to the same ideals.  I am not even sure  America still  has a team committed to defending The Constitution.

Begala rails against “scorched earth”

Sometimes a headline just hits on the truth in ways it was never intended to.  Clinton spinmeister extraordinaire, Paul Begala penned a piece at CNN:

“Donald Trump’s Clinton strategy is for losers”

Begala rails against Donald Trump’s “scorched earth strategy”, which Trump has been using to great effect against Hillary Clinton:

“As Donald Trump launches a series of zombie attacks, digging up long-dead personal accusations and wild conspiracy theories to attack Bill and Hillary Clinton, he might want to take a look at how that strategy has fared in the past.

The politics of personal destruction, which Trump has embraced with gusto, are certain to fail. Republicans used the strategy relentlessly against Bill Clinton. He was accused by right-wing conspiracy mongers of murder, rape, real estate fraud — pretty much everything except complicity in the Kennedy assassination.”

So, to be fair, Trump is most assuredly using a “scorched earth strategy” , but he is using the scorched earth strategy that Carville/Begala introduced to American politics during the Clinton impeachment, not some Republican strategy.   While Begala insists that Trump’s politics of personal destruction will fail, the rest of his article is regurgitation of personal sexual misconduct dirt on an array of Republicans  (character assassinations), in an attempt to dish as much dirt back at Republicans as he can.

Now, if Trump weren’t such an odious, narcissistic, emotionally-unbalanced, compulsive liar, it might be fun watching the Clinton sewer rats scurry trying to keep their bold-faced liar and perennially preachy and pathetic candidate afloat.  Hillary is one of the worst campaigners ever.  It almost looks like a public service to see someone torch Hillary’s broomstick,  if America is saved from having to endure her cackling edicts from the Oval Office.  She talks down to people, her voice grates on the nerves, and her brazen lies show a total disrespect for voters.  In the words of Samantha Power, Obama sycophant:

“She is a monster, too – that is off the record – she is stooping to anything,” Ms Power said, hastily trying to withdraw her remark.

Despite Trump’s horrid personality, he has a showman’s style and he knows how to work a room.  And the truth is he is even better at the Carville/Begala scorched earth than Carville/Begala.  I am sure that in the beginning, setting Trump up as a dupe sounded like a genius plan to the Clintons and their sleazy operatives, because it assuredly has been Dem operatives driving Trump’s scorched earth/mass media saturation through someone in that Potemkin Trump campaign.  I bet Carville and Begala were rolling on the floor laughing as Trump, using their vicious scorched earth, torched the entire GOP primary field, but now the polls they live by have turned on them and Hillary keeps sinking, while Trump inches higher.  Stone, likely a candidate for sleaziest Republican political operative, bolted last August, when Trump attacked Megyn Kelly with that “bleeding out of her wherever” line.   Lewandowski does not have the experience to orchestrate the Carville/Begala scorched earth/mass media saturation strategy. So, the question still looms – who are the real Trump political operatives driving his scorched earth/mass media saturation strategy???

As Hillary flubs, flounders and her flat-out lies flat line her campaign, now, the Clintons are starting to look like the dupes……. ahh yes, poetic justice.

And despite their penchant for outrageous lies, both Trump and Hillary hit on ground truth about each other.  He dubbed her Crooked Hillary and she shot back that he is a Loose Cannon.

The only thing for certain remains, that with either of these two,  America will be the biggest loser.

The press awakens

As expected in recent weeks, the press has finally awakened since the “GOP Insurgent” succeeded in throwing the GOP primary into chaos and Donald Trump sits poised to be the GOP nominee in July.  Here’s a Politico investigation by David Cay Johnston:

Just What were Donald Trump’s Ties to the Mob?

Trump loves veterans…

Trump’s veteran’s fundraiser in January, when he threw his tantrum about the FOX news debate moderation, wasn’t as “great” as Trump had stated, according to this FOX News report: “Trump failed to raise $6M at January veterans fundraiser, campaign manager says”:

“Corey Lewandowski told The Washington Post Friday that the televised fundraiser for veterans only netted about $4.5 million. Lewandowski said the event fell short of the $6 million mark because some of Trump’s wealthy friends promised big donations, but backed out last minute.

There were some individuals who he’d spoken to, who were going to write large checks, (who) for whatever reason … didn’t do it,” Lewandowski told The Post by telephone. “I can’t tell you who.”

He also said that he wasn’t sure whether Trump’s own $1 million donation was counted toward the total.

The comments from Lewandowski are the first mention that Trump’s fundraiser netted less than he had touted. Lewandowski’s acknowledgement also comes over a month after The Wall Street Journal reported that most of the organizations targeted to receive the money have gotten less than half of that amount.”

So to recap from a February 21, 2016 LB blog post, “Do your own homework”:

Here’s some new oddities in Trump’s sideshow antic out of Iowa, where he held that veteran’s fundraiser to divert attention away from the FOX News debate he was boycotting, because FOX would not let Trump control their choice of moderators.  He tried to strong-arm a cable network based on his “feelings” that he wasn’t “being treated fairly.”

So, what happened to the money raised for veterans?  Well, some has been disbursed to some veterans groups according to this Weekly Standard report, but their report highlights some warning bells that his Trump Foundation operates much like the Clinton Foundation.  When Michael Warren, the reporter emailed the Trump Foundation with questions about the fundraiser this is what happened:

“On Thursday, I contacted the Donald J. Trump Foundation by email with a few questions about how the $6 million had been or was being disbursed. Five minutes later, I received a phone call from Corey Lewandowski, Trump’s presidential campaign manager. Lewandowski said a list of the recipients had been made public and that more recipients were being added all the time. How much had those recipients received? Lewandowski couldn’t, or wouldn’t, say. As a non-profit organization, he said, the Trump Foundation would release all the required details of its disbursements at the end of the fiscal year. To find out before then, he said, I’d have to contact the recipients themselves.

“The list is publicly available,” he said. “You can do your homework and ask the veterans’ organizations.”

Why wouldn’t the Trump Foundation want to publicize how much it had donated? (Especially given the fact that in recent years, Trump’s charity organization had given more money to the Clinton Foundationthan to veterans.) And why, when asking about the Foundation’s disbursements, had a representative of the campaign called? With no other options, however, I took Lewandowki’s advice.”

http://www.weeklystandard.com/some-vet-groups-still-waiting-for-trump-foundation-checks/article/2001154

Why indeed did Trump’s campaign manager respond to questions about the Trump Foundation?  That melding of the “charity” with the “political operations” is vintage Clinton and as it turns out, the way Trump does business too.  There’s also some big pharmaceutical executive who rents space in Trump Tower, whom some recipients believe is connected to the Trump Foundation:

“”We found out like everybody else did, when the Trump Foundation put the list up on the website,” said Kerri Childress of the Fisher House Foundation, one of the groups on the Trump Foundation’s list. “And frankly we haven’t heard anything since.”

Childress says the Fisher House Foundation has yet to receive a donation, though she was quick to add that it’s not uncommon for pledged donations to take weeks or months to actually be disbursed. Neither has the Task Force Dagger Foundation received a check, says managing director Keith David. “We did receive a check from the Stewart J. Rahr Foundation, and they share the same floor with the Trump Foundation,” David adds. Rahr, a pharmaceutical executive-turned-Manhattan-playboy, is friends with Trump and rents office space in the Trump Tower. It’s not clear whether or not there is a relationship between Trump’s and Rahr’s foundations.

Another vets group, Operation Homefront, posted on its Facebook page that it received a $50,000 donation Monday from the Rahr Foundation, which the group says they “understand is made in connection with Donald Trump.” Beyond that, says Operation Homefront spokesman Aaron Taylor, they don’t know much about it.”

http://www.weeklystandard.com/some-vet-groups-still-waiting-for-trump-foundation-checks/article/2001154

The similarities between Donald Trump and his friends, the Clintons,  just keep multiplying, so if it ends up that Trump too hired dem political operatives to help him “win,” don’t act surprised!  Sure wish we could track the phone traffic between Trump, some key Clinton sewer rats, and then Bill Clinton…  Oh, to be a fly on the wall….

At this point Trump sure looks to be more like a Clinton dupe, who has become much better at scorched earth and mastered controlling the 24/7 NEWS cycle better than the Clintons.  He just might be their own Frankenstein monster….  If America’s future wasn’t hanging in the balance,  watching Bill Clinton’s perfect triangulation strategy blowing up in his face would be an enjoyable show.  Trump isn’t any better than the Clintons – they’re sharks that swim in the same pool of  WHOLESALE PUBLIC CORRUPTION.

Ahhh yes, the “end of history”…

G. Murphy Donovan has a new piece up at The American Thinker, “Trump and the Victory Deficit”.  I posted two comments:

susanholly Wednesday, May 18, 2016 11:41 AM

“By all measures, national security success is job one.”

Ah yes, the “great” Trump dissed every American ally, announced he would order US troops to commit war crimes to “scare” ISIS terrorists and today it’s reported he might open talks with North Korea….

The Trump “Unpredictable” Foreign Policy……. a surefire “winner”. Lol, what a joke, GMD!

And then I posted a response to another comment

USA-RIP Wednesday, May 18, 2016 1:25 PM

“Trump needs to pick a team that sends an inclusive message.”
Isn’t it interesting how all the ‘experts’ want to tell Trump, who has done exceedingly well by marching to his own drummer, what to do to get elected? I’d rather Trump continue on his own path and ignore the Karl Roves, GOPe, RINOs etc. losers. Not faulting the author, but may be it is time for a new direction.

susanholly Wednesday, May 18, 2016 4:38 PM

Trump has done exceedingly well with corrupt 10 months of FREE 24/7 NEW coverage, coupled with relentless repetition of his talking points, buzz words and the news media hyping the “winning in all the polls”, “Trump breaks all the rules”, “Trump the GOP Insurgent”.

The three cable NEWS networks giving Trump BILLIONS of dollars in free media, guaranteed Trump would be winning in the polls, because it’s a RIGGED system.

Sadly, former US military “Soviet analysts”, who don’t recognize mass media INFORMATION WARFARE, even though mass media manipulation and totalitarian mass media control were part of their intelligence training, worry me more than Trump, quite frankly.

Mass media saturation is the military strategy of swarming juxtaposed to a mass media battlefield. It couples relentless repetition of talking points and buzz words and polling data to allow those political messages to control the 24/7 news cycle. This repetition manufactures opinion/information cascades and is a form mass brainwashing – hence Obama zombies sound very much like Trump’s 5th Avenue Loyalists. it preys on those easily led and Trump’s beloved “poorly educated”. This use of mass media is more at home in totalitarian regimes.

Scorched earth is the military strategy of scorched earth (a war crime under the Geneva Conventions btw) juxtaposed to a mass media battlefield, Scorched earth information warfare is a take no prisoners blitz of relentlessly repeated vicious character assassinations AND mass media saturation on steroids.

Mass media saturation strategy is a complex, sophisticated form of Information Warfare and to succeed it requires active collusion between the politcal operatives and the mass media, who knowingly facilitate the mass media saturation.

Sometimes I wonder if when the Soviet Union collapsed, good American national security protocols collapsed too…

Ahhh, yes, the “end of history” and all that….

Comment at The American Thinker

Posted a comment at The American Thinker  (Tuesday, May 17, 2016 1:47 PM).  We’ll see how long it takes for it to be removed.  The article is “Clinton vs Trump: The freak show is just getting started”.

Well, we’ve had “the GOP Insurgent campaign”, the “Bern Insurgent campaign”, the personality reinvention and attempt to keep “Queen Hillary’s coronation” on track, so who knows there might be a whole new Reality TV script that blows this 2016 election in a whole other direction.

Trump and Hillary both are using scorched earth/mass media saturation form INFORMATION WARFARE, that the Clinton’s spinmeisters brought to American politics with their “War Room” in the 90s:

Carville/Begala scorched earth is the military strategy of scorched earth (a war crime under the Geneva Conventions btw) juxtaposed to a mass media battlefield

Mass media saturation is the military strategy of swarming juxtaposed to a mass media battlefield

Combined, they have been ruthlessly used to divide America into hostile, warring factions.

So, going with their “military jargon”, maybe the new script will include COIN – the counter-reaction to an “insurgency” – lol, maybe it will be “winning the hearts and minds” of the American people:-)

One can only hope for better choices than (in their fighting words) “Crooked Hillary or “Loose Cannon Donald” and then there’s a leftover Marxist from the 60s, (Bernie the other “insurgent” candidate).

Another blast from LB’s past

The following is repost of my LB post, “Seeking Justice” from January 4, 2015

Seeking Justice
The internet provides an opportunity for any wanna-be writers/journalists to get their scribblings, the good, the bad and the putrid, before the public eye. When I first started writing my blog, I worried endlessly over the myriad of typos and grammatical errors missed in proofreading and my greatest fear was of writing posts that sound stupid. After two years of blogging, there remain plenty of typos and grammatical errors and more often than I would wish, I write stupid stuff. But, I love writing, researching topics that catch my attention and most of all I am so thankful and grateful to have some regular readers and commenters to keep me humble and on my toes. This one’s a personal, lengthy, speaking my thoughts aloud post and it may prove to be very stupid too – so you’re duly warned.

In the past month, I’ve been engrossed in following the Jessica Lane Chambers murder in Panola County, Mississippi. The Last Refuge blog (The Conservative Treehouse), along with several other blogs, twitter folks and facebook pages, has been relentlessly covering this murder case. Jessica’s family and friends hit twitter and facebook pleading for help in solving her murder too – along with asking for donations for reward money for information leading to the arrest of Jessica’s murderer(s) and also money for the medical bills from her brief hospital stay the night she died. Why the family is getting the bills, I don’t know, since Jessica was an adult, but that’s what the family facebook page states. The online journalists also ask for donations to continue their work.

Between the competing online journalists engrossed in this case and Jessica’s family, plus a multitude of locals in Panola County who, likewise, have hit the internet to make their views known, offer their insights into everything from the racial dynamics, the gang situation, decoding regional vernacular, and even climbing out on limbs to paste leaves on the ever-expanding family trees in this colorful forest of characters, whose names parade across the world wide-open field of online “journalism”, the only truth revealed is nature abhors a vacuum! In this vacuum of officialdom (the law-enforcement community), offering no new facts to gnaw on, this case serves as the ebola strain of internet sleuthing.

On December 21, 2014, a commenter, TexasRanger, posted a comment on my blog, warning me to be careful of accepting The Conservative Treehouse’s facts, laying out a methodical listing of open source material belying a stated fact from that blog. I like a lot of the blogging at The Conservative Treehouse, as it quite often fits my conservative political viewpoint, but after watching what can only be described as an unseemly pissing contest, between some online journalist, Charles Johnson, at a news site called Got News (which I used as a source once, God forbid), The Conservative Treehouse and a few other bloggers trying to trash not only the merits of their respective investigative journalism, but now it’s down to trashing each other personally, tread warily.

So, this journalist, Charles Johnson, ran with a scoop yesterday, a phone interview with Jessica Chambers old boyfriend, Bryan Rudd, formerly from Panola County, now residing in Iowa, (criminal record available online). Johnson asked few questions and Rudd rambled on for an half-hour, listing several men, to include Jessica’s father, Ben Chambers (criminal record available online), as potential suspects. Then, Johnson ran the piece trashing the journalistic integrity of the CTH blogger, sundance. CTH followed with a rebuttal.

The flaming went back and forth in comments on twitter, between CTH supporters and Johnson, in the comments on the CTH blog, but then a commenter, carterzest, on the CTH blog did a screenshot of Rudd’s twitter feed (Folk Deundra Nation is the moniker – Folk Nation being a gang, but Rudd claims he’s not affiliated with any gang, moving on…), accusing Charles Johnson of recording their phone conversation without permission (comment posted January 4, 2015 at 3:26am). Rudd has this tweet on his twitter feed dated 11:03 pm, January 3, 2015.

You have to become a screenshot professional to keep up with this mess, and being technologically-challenged, I haven’t mastered screenshots and struggle even trying to upload photos to this blog. Sorry, I can’t post the screenshot photo. Information comes and goes on social media sites very quickly, tweets flutter away, facebook conversations get removed, pages get reinvented under new names, blogs get reworked, reality shifts as the narrative gets revised.

I hope there is justice for Jessica Chambers, but likewise I hope there is justice for the young man, Deandre Joshua, who was killed in Ferguson, MO in a similar brutal fashion. Justice should be for everyone in America.

I know how it feels to want to cry out for justice, having felt that way since 1999. My blog is not investigative journalism – it’s my thoughts, views, opinions and most importantly the one place where I feel like I have a voice. I’ve felt drawn to Jessica’s story, because this young woman was betrayed and brutalized by so many people in her young life. The shroud of lies, trying to bury her case, made me think of my own situation. I wrote about what happened to me in my Messages of mhere story, and yes, that’s the truth, to the best of my recollection and each person mentioned exists – they have real life identities. I’m happy many people are fighting for justice for Jessica, because such a heinous crime calls out for action.

So, for the record, regarding my own situation related in Messages of mhere, tabbed on my home page, I contacted professional reporters and amateurs last year, in hopes of getting someone to help me drag thatwitch2016 to justice (expose how far she went to silence me over my Excite message board postings, under the user name mhere, in 1998).

She had all that power and I was just a nobody homemaker, yet she felt compelled to silence me. I was attacked in my own home. This girl Jessica wanted to turn her life around, she got a job in a store, but she was struggling. I feel thankful that I survived, unlike poor Jessica. I got a job in a store too, I finished raising my kids, but that attack damaged every relationship in my life. Her attack screams out though; she lost her life in a horrific manner.

Tenaciousness is one of my best and worst character traits – I dig for information relentlessly, I fight against injustice relentlessly and I’ve been fighting bullies long before it became trendy. All these years, I’ve felt personally violated by the attack on me, but a burning anger goes much deeper that the Army I love was egregiously used and abused too. She, thatwitch2016, through her husband, used Army assets to attack a private citizen on American soil. My husband was still on active duty in the US Army then, so they used a retired general to attack an enlisted family based on lies she conjured up. They corrupted the chain of command,  using the Army for personal political reasons. I believe this to be the TRUTH and yet, I can’t prove it on my own.

A few years back, I posted some comments on Ralph Peters’ (thepottsvillepundit) column at the New York Post. At that time, I was also writing on my computer about my plan to expose thatwitch2016. Comments on Peters’ column disappeared. my email and facebook accounts were hacked, then back to square one. For me, the very thought that she might become the next Commander-In-Chief of the US Armed Forces, not only disgusts me, it terrifies me.

Jessica’s case highlights small town corruption, where it’s hard to find a hairbreadth’s distance between the integrity of the officials and the criminals. My case goes all the way to the top in America. And just like mentioned above, that online postings can vanish in the blink of an eye – my blog could vanish too.

Last year, I decided to seek help in my fight for justice and I contacted The Washington Free Beacon twice, Bill O’Reilly twice, PJmedia once, That Last Refuge blog twice and Sharyl Attkisson once. I offered them the key to the real identities of every person mentioned in Messages of mhere, except for marfark, because I only knew his user name. I hoped my blog would demonstrate that I write rational, researched stuff, not wild conspiracy theories.

I lay claim to being a homemaker for 18 years and I’ve worked in a store since 1999. I served in the Army shy of two years, getting out when I was pregnant with my first child. I was trained to be an Army journalist, but I make no claims to being a journalist. I’ve tried to be an honest person and a good citizen my entire life. Here’s a message for Jeff (if you’re reading this) I would like my Good Citizen booklet (mentioned in Messages of mhere btw) back, please.

I received only one response – from The Last Refuge blog:

“We receive hundreds of emails each week. Since we operate with only volunteer staff we are unable to respond to all of them..
Unfortunately, we cannot conduct investigations on every matter brought to our attention, no matter how valid and well documented.
Thank you for understanding.
Warm regards,
Admin”

That simple courtesy of responding to me made me respect the folks at The Last Refuge blog. I’m not asking them or anyone for help, but I wanted to say my piece today. Yep, posting this is stupid. My personal quest for justice continues alone, in military terms, a Forlorn Hope, a lost cause from a long ago scandal. Jessica’s case is still fresh, with the trail not yet cold. I continue hoping their blog will be a force for seeking justice for Jessica. Let’s hope that with an alphabet soup of federal law enforcement in Panola County, MS and so much online effort, sunlight can vanquish the forces of Darkness in this small town American case crying out for justice.

We need every small step toward upholding The Constitution of the United States of America, where corruption pervades at every level, especially at the top.

Confessions of mhere

Just added a new tab, Confessions of mhere, at the top of my home page. This will be an ongoing page of “revelations” from my life. I’ll be adding information to both my Messages of mhere and Confessions of mhere pages to help keep the information somewhat organized. Due to their being many threads to follow, this is my small attempt to help the reader make sense out of the events in my life since the Clinton impeachment and my stepping foot onto the Excite politics message boards.

A “revolutionary” idea for America

The following is a repost of a LB blog post from February 5, 2013. When a government is corrupt at the top, it permeates all levels of the government. No area, not even the police and US Armed Forces, that serve on the front lines of preserving the rule of law, is immune. So, if there’s Wholesale Public Corruption at the highest levels of our government, it assuredly permeates down through the other levels.

I’ve expended a great deal of ink to writing about what happened to me in the Fall of 1998 during the Clinton impeachment. The events I related, while sounding impossible, are the TRUTH.

It’s not just personal justice I have been seeking, it’s exposure of the grave danger this corrupting of the chain of command in the US Armed Forces poses to the national security of the United States of America.  If the US military can be used as a partisan-political tool, to silence one citizen who spoke out, it can be illegally used to crush other citizens too. Even more ominous, a corrupted chain of command leaves a military that cannot unite and fight effectively. Corruption demolishes military effectiveness.

A great deal of effort has gone into setting me up, but also to set-up the few people who have listened to me.  I believe that family and friends have been approached by law enforcement or government officials and told I am some sort of “radical” or mentally-ill.  This happened in 1998, when my husband was being manipulated into agreeing to having me committed to a state mental hospital permanently too.  Well, since so much effort has been exerted to silence me and this blog, we shall see who is telling the truth.

Do not judge people by their looks, judge them by whether they are telling the TRUTH.  Do not place your trust in fancy titles or high rank – at least two of the “generals” they have recruited have dishonored their oaths.

Trust in the TRUTH:-)

Getting To Know You

How well do you know anyone else or even yourself?  Most people automatically assume they know themselves perfectly and from that little self-conceit they believe they know most of the people around them extremely well too.  I’ve decided to challenge you to step out of your comfort zone and really think about what things you believe to be true about yourself and what things really are true based on how you conduct your life.  All it takes is a short list of the things you say you believe and a quick honest appraisal of  how in practice you live up to your own value system to see that you, like just about everyone else (since we’re none of us saints) , falls short on just about every metric we deem as a worthy value to uphold.  This can be a humbling experience when you first start doing it, but after time it can help you learn to work on your areas of particular weakness and also help you build on your areas of strength.

Long ago, these types of character-building exercises permeated society from religious institutions all the way through our political institutions and down through our civic organizations and educational system.  Teaching “good citizenship” rested upon teaching the building of a good character.  These days “good character” got kicked to the curb, replaced by being green, being a diversity advocate, being non-judgmental, and being value neutral.  In other words nothing is right or wrong and if you believe there are moral absolutes, well, you need to be re-indoctrinated to get with the new regime.   The only institution that still  pays lip service to values constantly is in the military and that leadership has been hijacked by political sycophants for the most part.

To avoid making this too deep of a theological exercise, let’s just focus on the difference between actually  “knowing people” and “knowing about people”.  The first one takes more personal effort, because it involves actually making a personal connection with individual people and listening to them.  It takes time to get to “know people”.  To “know about people” ranks as a shallow second and third hand exercise where what you know usually comes from other people, in other words, much of it is little more than gossip that you accept as fact.  In our personal, everyday life this distinction might not have a huge impact other than to create unnecessary conflicts with neighbors, co-workers and within our own families.  And believe me, it’s hard to resolve some of these deep-seated misunderstandings based on not  knowing what’s truly in the hearts of others.  It’s hard work listening to others and really trying to understand what other people think, believe, dream.

While believing incorrect or absolute lies about other people isn’t usually too earth-shattering in our everyday lives, having our media and political institutions  reduced to consumers of “knowing about” people rather than taking the time to “know people” leads to many very unsettling results.  For instance reporters often zoom in on neighbors when seeking to add context to stories, yet do they ever bother to think that perhaps the neighbor hated the  person whom the story is about?  Do they bother to seek a broader understanding of the situation?    In this Newtown massacre within the first 48 hours, the press reported so many false stories that by the time they started coming up with a few facts, their credibility was nil and the damage had already been done.

Long ago, most news organizations prided themselves of being reporters of the facts (true pieces of information), with reporters trained to seek out who, what, when, where,  why and how.  Now we have live “reporting” where reporters fill the long segments with rambling gossip, innuendo, pop psychology detours, and plain emotional outbursts that should have no place in real journalism.

When this trend of accepting lies without question captures our political system, our Republic may be doomed.

Our founding fathers told us that the system they devised will only stand for a moral people.  Our electorate now falls mainly on shallow emotional hot-button issues, which both political parties shamelessly play.  The key factor in every election should be the character of the individual running for office, but we know that standard fell to the wayside long, long ago.  In the past 20 years, our moral compass as a nation died and we now have a media that helps promulgate lies for political advantage.  This mostly benefits the left, because the vast majority of journalists fall to the left politically.

During the Clinton years this dangerous threat to our Republic came to be known by the rather innocuous term “spin”.

SPIN is the deliberate, concerted effort of your elected officials to lie and deceive you.

If you accept “spin” as truth or excuse it as just part of politics, then seriously there is little hope of rescuing our society from the moral sewer where these Clinton spinmeisters left us decaying.   George Bush did spin some facts on the “war on terror” (a term that is in and of  itself a fallacy), but they avoided the cheap character assassinations that the Clinton crowd excelled at.

Now we have reached a new level of lying where cheap race-baiting tactics get used at every turn to keep the most shallow, intellectually vapid person ever to reach the Oval Office in power.  For rational people to accept flimsy “composite” white people as representative of the white mentality and to listen to his constant vile stereotyping of  white people, conservatives, rural Pennsylvanians (having grown up as one – well I took offense), well we are on a dangerous course here.  Now, the left is embracing junk science to promote the idea that conservatives are “genetically’  intellectually inferior beings compared to the liberals.

These dangerous paths always lead to governments running way off course to extremes, where an idiot like Roseanne Barr, seriously suggested re-education camps for conservatives.   Where was the outrage from the left about that insanity???

Americans need to wake up and realize, that before they side up against other Americans, they had better take the time to walk up to those who hold different views and sit down and talk first. Perhaps, by actually getting “to know” other people, we might be able to bridge the gaps and build a stronger nation, where all views from all people get heard at our political kitchen table.  And just maybe communities might get back to holding potluck dinners where everyone comes and shares a meal and gets to know his/her neighbors.

What an amazing concept that is – getting to know other people, up close and personal.

It just might revolutionize America;-)
