“U.S. ground troops” are not qualified medical personnel. The U.S. doesn’t HAVE 3,000 Army medics, and if they did they wouldn’t be qualified by training to treat Ebola victims. What Obama is doing is putting 3,000 U.S. personnel in the way of a deadly disease and with every expectation that some of them will contract it. They didn’t sign on to be guinea pigs. This man makes a mockery of the title “Commander-In-Chief”.

  2. Kinnison, if my objective was to devise ways internally to undercut morale and operational readiness of the greatest military force in the world, then President Obama’s actions as “CINC” make perfect sense. Every move seems calculated to make us fractured, weaker and destroys trust in the chain-of-command.

One must wonder if he is acting on his own personal misguided beliefs or if he is acting in concert with some outside help. The Muslim Brotherhood has close ties high up in this administration and who knows if some foreign countries have connections too. One thing is certain, he ignores the advice of his top commanders, in lieu of advice from political flunkies. Congress, on both sides of the aisle, is filled with a whole bunch of gutless wonders too. Gladius often refrains, “We’re doomed.” and I am hoping he isn’t right.

Of course, statements like this make me a “hater” and a “conspiracy nut”, lol, but geesh you have to be brain-dead not to be at least questioning some of his actions.

Gladius and I are old friends and military Brothers. We had each other’s backs on active duty and we do now. He’s right, we’re doomed. At this point there isn’t a whole lot anyone can do to stop it, the rot has gone too far for too long. This nation is a twisted shadow of what we once were. Go back and read Alexander Tyler’s 1700’s treatise on “The Fall of the Athenean Republic” and his checklist of a Republic’s decline. I figure we are at about Step 7…
