Dem spin info war’s on life support

With so many things hitting the news since Trump began making announcements of his cabinet picks, perhaps the biggest earthquake since his election is the liberal news is in disarray and suffering a massive ratings collapse. Comcast announced it will be spinning off MSNBC. CNN is dropping talent and reshuffling. All over liberal media, they’re doing major cope about Trump winning the election and many can’t grasp that their extreme leftist views aren’t shared by most of the rest of America.

Joy Reid on MSNBC sounds like she’s having a mental breakdown:https://x.com/ClownWorld_/status/1860122155289395535

And on The View, Sunny Hostin, a firebrand liberal lawyer, has spent the past three days being forced to read legal notes to correct lies and smears against Trump cabinet picks that she told on air, as ABC tries to fend off defamation lawsuits, https://x.com/theMRC/status/1860060072745009569.

These radical leftist media personalities have spent years being allowed to wage scorched earth spin info war, and spew any smear or spin lie to advance the Democrat political agenda and try to destroy political opponents on the right (and even ordinary citizens who they sensationalized – like the Covington kid)..

There’s an epic realignment in American media happening, so Trump won against the Dem spin information war, but I feel certain Democrats and the liberal media will try to regroup.

CNN announced they are trying to hire analysts with more diverse opinions.

Trump has been very quiet this past week and his staff is announcing cabinet picks quickly. Most are outstanding, with only a few I don’t like, not that my opinion matters at all. Honestly, after the craziness with the Weekend at Bernie’s Biden presidency, I am hopeful things will improve in America.

There’s a lot happening in foreign affairs, too, but I don’t want to get into that in this post.

The Trump win, no matter all the Dem and liberal efforts to trivialize it, signals a huge shift in the Dem spin information war – it’s on life support.

And that’s a good thing for America.

  1. Well JK, I suspect there are several things at play with the Hegseth nomination and not all of it is Dems giving him the Kavanaugh character assassination treatment.

First, the incident with the one-night stand, who alleged sexual assault, there’s a police report, so the Trump vetting process failed to find that, which raises questions about the level of vetting by Trump’s team, even though there have been numerous people connected to the campaign hyping how carefully they’re vetting these nominees.

Then there are the numerus reports by Trump-connected people, who said the campaign was caught off guard by this and Hegseth hadn’t disclosed this.

Moving on, the left is assuredly leaving no stone unturned to create so many spin attacks that Hegseth becomes untenable.

And it sure looks like some Senate Repubs are trying to tank the Hegseth nomination too – like Joni Ernst, who there are reports would like to become the 1st female Secretary of Defense. She would be a disastrous choice, if Trump wants to get rid of DEI and all the social engineering, to return the focus to warfighting. Most American women – left and right are deeply steeped in the feminist ideology and “girl power” crap. I ditched that feminist ideology when I was young and realized it requires two separate sets of rules always – one the set of rules feminists dictate for men, which can change suddenly and situationally, based on feminist political drama. The other set is the rules feminists dictate for women and there two sets of rules are subjective and dictated by feminist powerbrokers. I believe in one set of rules for job performance – period. That never happens in the military, because there have always been two separate physical fitness standards for men and women, but then they try to pretend there’s one standard for physical performance in all these jobs.

Women in the military who fixate on “breaking glass ceilings” aren’t likely to cut through the social engineering, since they wallow in it.

Anyway, with Hegseth, if the reports he wasn’t candid with the Trump team upfront are true, I wonder how much distraction Trump will put up with to his transition.

I like Hegseth, think he’s smart and energetic, but I also think he has some personal baggage that might sink his nomination. Time will tell.

Hegseth aside LB, You’ve noticed the previous (and current) administration doing whatever that’s to be done going, I suspect, forward?

This nonsense about “pre-emptively pardoning” Liz Cheney?

Christ! I never imagined myself being in the position of defending her but …

First getting it out of the way I have no idea whether all this talk about “pre-emptive pardoning” has any historic basis. I mean, think about it. The new Trump Administration’s gonna waste alot of time “punishing” Liz Cheney?

In my humble opinion I’m thinking “the venue” Anyways, the “venue-shopping” that Ms. Cheney was “properly” subject to was, that constituency which cast their votes in her support.

And then following – “Representative” Liz Cheney – obviously not supported by her constituents, as the Founders established by the ballot – properly, lost her job.

JURY OF PEERS of Liz Cheney was her constituency.

(Lordy LB, I’m finding myself in interesting oppositions!)
