Americans are now in the political season where they turn their eyes to an upcoming presidential election, but the fight to protect free speech is our most important battle to preserve our personal freedom in America.
Free speech most definitely is under attack by the left and global elitists working to criminalize speech as an act of violence. The War of Words, I’ve been warning about since 1998 is now out in the open, since the pandemic. While the masks were forced on all of us, the masks of the totalitarians literally came off and more and more people realized their personal liberties were being threatened via a propaganda campaign using fear of a virus, as a tool to force people to submit to a wide array of draconian rules imposed by the state. The relentless media efforts to promote those draconian rules and silence dissent was a pivotal moment in the Dem/liberal media spin information war here in America.
Jonathan Turley, wrote a book on free speech this year, The Indispensable Right: Free Speech In An Age Of Rage, stepping forward to champion the 1st Amendment and explain why free speech matters and the growing threat to free speech in the West, who most of us believed were the guardians of personal liberty against authoritarianism. Turley wrote a piece yesterday, The EU Just Declared War on Free Speech in America. It is Time to Fight Back, explaining:

The act bars speech that is viewed as “disinformation” or “incitement.” European Commission Executive Vice President Margrethe Vestager celebrated its passage by declaring that it is “not a slogan anymore, that what is illegal offline should also be seen and dealt with as illegal online. Now it is a real thing.” Democracy’s back.”
“In Europe, free speech is in free fall. Germany, France, the United Kingdom and other countries have eviscerated free speech by criminalizing speech deemed inciteful or degrading to individuals or groups. The result had made little difference to the neo-Nazi movement in countries like Germany, which is reaching record numbers. It has, however, silenced the rest of society.”
When Elon Musk bought Twitter he exposed the censorship apparatus between Democrats within the executive branch of the US government and Twitter. He dismantled most of that censorship program, thus becoming the #1 target of both the Democrat political machine, which operated that government censorship apparatus within the US government, and the EU, whom Democrat speech police champions coordinate with on efforts to police speech across the so-called free world, all under the guise of combating the threats of hate speech and misinformation/disinformation.
I find it particularly fitting, considering the efforts to silence women during the Clinton impeachment in 1998-1999, that one of the loudest Dem critics railing about Musk challenging the Dem efforts to police free speech in America is Hillary Clinton:

Last weekend Michael Schellenberger, a journalist who has been exposing the pandemic efforts to silence people on social media via the Twitter Files, posted this on X:
So, the UK Home Secretary, Yvette Cooper, has ordered a review of the UK’s counter-extremism strategy to combat extremist ideologies. Interestingly, the left-wing zealots pushing these draconian speech laws among western democracies don’t see themselves as extremists. A BBC article, Misogyny to be treated as extremism by UK government, states:
“The analysis will look at hatred of women as one of the ideological trends that the government says is gaining traction.”
“Ms Cooper said there has been a rise in extremism “both online and on our streets” that “frays the very fabric of our communities and our democracy”.
“The review will look at the rise of Islamist and far-right extremism in the UK, as well as wider ideological trends, including extreme misogyny or beliefs which fit into broader categories, such as violence.”
What’s not considered extremism are the radical Islamists and Hamas-supporters rampaging through the UK and US…or Antifa thugs rioting in America, while these leftist statists work furiously to silence and lock up right-wing and conservatize people whose views they don’t like.
Another crazy UK undertaking is called Operation Early Dawn, where authorities are going to start releasing people in prison for crimes to make room for the hundreds of people arrested in the recent riots over the murder of three young girls, stabbed to death by a young man, who was rumored to be an asylum seeker, but whom British authorities state was born in the UK. The alleged killer’s name is Axel Rudakubana.
Here in America, the Dem/liberal media spin information war emerged as a Democrat political information war being waged against the American people to advance Democrat and leftist political causes and it’s now in the final stages. This information war across the West is a form of totalitarianism, where liberal elites will control what we can say, in an effort to control what we dare think or believe.
The reinvention of VP Kamala Harris is being packaged as a campaign to spread “joy” across the land, but it’s part of the Dem/liberal media spin information war, in hopes of Dems accelerating the left’s complete transformation of America. Here’s how the campaign of “joy” is being amplified by liberal media:
Under the guise of combating misinformation the global effort to control speech has evolved along several tracks, including the World Health Organization (WHO) mobilizing to counter what it deems medical misinformation by partnering with social media companies. The effort began during the pandemic to combat COVID misinformation, but from the WHO website, Combatting misinformation online:
“Social media platforms have also granted WHO access to fast track reporting systems, which allows us to flag misinformation on their platforms, speeding up the reporting and removal of content that breaks policy. WHO also works with Member States such as the Government of the United Kingdom to raise awareness of misinformation around COVID-19 and vaccines, and encourage individuals to report false or misleading content online. “
On YouTube, for about a year I’ve seen content creators complaining about a YouTube effort to have herbal remedy information removed, often videos that are several years old. As the climate change “experts” decide on new “threats”, assuredly gardening and farming that’s not controlled by the “experts” will be targeted too. In January, this article, Community Gardens Have Six Times the Carbon Footprint of Agriculture, was published in Technology Networks Applied Science. This should be a wake-up call that almost anything people do can be deemed dangerous or a “threat” by power-hungry environmental zealots or self-selected globalist minders.
Every aspect of our lives will be monitored and leftist bureaucrats will decide what we can say, think, do, eat, and how we live our daily lives. This is not an exaggeration. Glimmers of that emerged during the pandemic when the state of CA issued Thanksgiving guidance that included not only how many people you could invite to your home, but also guidance on how to control access to you bathroom for guests. In MN, Tim Walz, the Dem VP candidate, put a snitch line in place for residents to report on their neighbors and he put in place strict holiday guidelines to regulate private citizens homes. We should never forget the COVID government overreach.
No matter what happens with the election in November, Americans still have to be willing to stand up and defend their right to free speech. After warning about the Dem/liberal media spin information war since the Clinton impeachment, it’s heartening to see that more people are recognizing the threat to free speech in America. Unfortunately, it took so many years and having the blatant corruption of this Dem/liberal media coordination at both silencing right-wing people and views and advancing their skill at launching Dem spin attacks selling totally false “news” More people now see the Dem/liberal media corruption now. but if we refuse to confront and defeat this spin war, we’ll find ourselves crushed under a mountain of Dem spin information war propaganda. Dems and their liberal media friends will be banning more and more words and people who challenge their power, They’ll be blasting their spin word barrages 24/7 telling us, “Don’t you dare even think otherwise, because there’s only JOY and “good news” everywhere.
It’s not hard to imagine a President Harris, cackling and taunting, “Stop being killjoys, you evil totalitarian right-wingers! There’s only Good News.”
The Dem/liberal media spin information war censorship regime only applies to people the left wants to silence.
